Sijainti! Sijainti! Sijainti! Tämä 3-kerroksinen, 3100 neliöjalkaa rantakoti toivottaa perheesi tervetulleeksi lopulliseen loma- / lomailukokemukseen. Tämä kauniisti sisustettu ja ammattimaisesti sisustettu helmi rannalla sijaitsee osoitteessa 323A 43rd Street South, Brigantine, NJ 08203.

Tämä talo sijaitsee rauhallisella, ystävällisellä kadulla ja vain 6 kiinteistöä hengenpelastajan suojaaman rannan rauhasta ja hiljaisuudesta. Siinä on 20 tuuman LCD-TV ja oma kylpyhuone kylpyammeella / suihkulla. Kaikissa huoneissa on kattotuuletin ja räätälöidyt Kalifornian kaapit, jotta vierailustasi tulee ilo!

2. kerros tervehtii sinua valtavalla 22 'X 20' olohuoneella, jossa on kaasutakka. Rentoudu mukavasti uudella viidellä vuodesohvalla varustetulla poikkisuhvalla samalla kun nautit suosikkielokuvasi 40-tuumaisella Sonyn LCD-televisiolla, jossa on DVD-soitin. 2. kerroksessa on myös iso katettu kansi pois olohuoneesta, joka sopii erinomaisesti ruokailuun ulkona. Seuraa kirsikkapuulattioita, jotka ovat koko kerroksen ajan, huipputeknisessä keittiössä, jossa on huippuluokan ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, graniittiset ja kirsikkakaapit. Keittiö on täysin varustettu keittiö- ja ruokailuvälineillä, samoin kuin tehosekoittimella, leivänpaahtimella ja ruoanvalmistusvälineellä. Ruokasalissa on märkä baari ja iso ruokapöytä, mukavat istuimet 8-10. Pesutupa, jossa täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, ovat myös 2. kerroksessa.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on junior-sviitti, jossa queen-vuode ja iso mukautettu vaatekaappi. Siellä on seinälle asennettu taulutelevisio ja eteisaulassa on kaakeloitu suihku. Ensimmäisen kerroksen toinen makuuhuone on melko suuri ja se on sisustettu merenkulun tyyliin. Siinä on kaksi erillistä 'venepaikkaa.' Yhdessä sängyssä on ulosvedettävä vyö (kaksoset), kun taas toisessa on säilytysrasia. Siellä on myös seinälle asennettu taulutelevisio. Tässä huoneessa on myös sohva, joka avautuu kahden hengen nukkujalle, jotta huone voi nukkua mukavasti 4.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful Family Beach Vacation
We had a wonderful week in Brigantine staying at Brian’s property. The house was impressive and spacious for our family of 7 (myself, husband, 2 and 4 yr old children, my brother, and my parents). The elevator was great for my dad who uses a cane. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. The house is in an excellent location close to the entrance to the beach. Brian was an excellent host, very easy to get in touch with. Definitely would recommend for families. We look forward to staying here again!

We so enjoyed this Beautiful home. It was everything as promised! Communication with the Host was over and above what was expected! Brian is so engaging! Wonderful family vacation home
We are a multigenerational family that stayed at Brian and Andrea's house for 7 nights. The house is very well maintained with lots of attention to details that made our stay very special. Here are some examples of what made this house special: Great air conditioning units. We have stayed in many beach houses that have hot/cold spots. This house was temperately comfortable for all. Great kitchen with wonderful appliances, cookware, spices etc. We needed lemon zest for one of the dinners we cooked. I forgot my zester, but we found a Micro plane cheese grater in the gadget drawer that worked perfectly for our needs. Brian supplies 8 beach badges. Not all land lords do that. There are lots of beach chairs, a beach buggy to get the stuff to the beach, and a wonderful supply of kids' beach toys including some terrific construction vehicles which made our grand kids very happy. There are wood hangers in the closets which is a very nice touch. There is a desk top charging port with USB outlets next to the bed in the master bedroom. I'm not sure if they were in the other bedrooms because I forgot to look. The elevator is great for moving in and out and getting supplies to the kitchen. Also great for those with mobility issues. Brian is a wonderful landlord who is readily accessible. He checked in with us a few times to make sure that we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We all thoroughly enjoyed this stay. The home was beautiful and immaculate. The living space was open and very spacious. The porch on the second floor was a great place for the girls to make their bracelets and the lower floor patio was a quiet haven for us seniors to regroup. The owner Brian was readily available and provided a complete guide of needed info. We hope to be able to return again next year. I would absolutely recommend this home for a relaxed vaca.

Absolute Best Host on VRBO! Spectacular Home! 2nd Visit
After having the worst experience beyond words at Los Lagos 106 DR from a completely different person , what a pleasure to return to stay at Host Brian’s magnificent duplex in Brigantine NJ for our son’s yearly birthday celebration. This is our 2nd visit and we will be returning as many times as time permits. The Duplex is immaculate, beautifully decorated, the beach is very clean and you can see your feet while in the ocean which we haven’t seen in our 56 years of life living in NJ. Our favorite restaurant is 5 minutes away so we had our son’s party at Old Homestead two years in a row. I love this house so much I wish I could buy it from Brian because it’s my dream house. The elevator makes this home my type of home since stairs are tough for me after Covid. I can’t stress enough how nice Brian is! His neighbor Paula is amazing and the whole experience has been the best on VRBO. You won’t be disappointed!

50th Birthday Girls Weekend
I stayed at Brian & Andrea's 4-bedroom home in Brigantine and it exceeded my expectations. This three-level property offers convenient amenities that was needed, like two parking spaces in the back, a spacious dining room, an elevator for my guest who is in a wheelchair, a washer and dryer, and just a short way from the beach. It was a memorable experience and a great way to celebrate with 11 of my friends for my 50th!

Lives up to the description
We had a group of 7 ladies for a girls weekend and this home was a perfect spot. The house was spotless and well maintained. The owner, Brian, was attentive and so helpful with any questions we had. There was plenty of comfetable sleeping room too. The location was great , as it was steps from the beach but close to town. We took quick Ubers to AC to enjoy the nightlife there as well. We’ll definitely be back!!!

Family came from all over the US for Thanksgiving weekend. The house was great, lots of room to spread out. Just a short walk down the path to the beach. Our host was very attentive. The check in and check out process was great! A great place to gather and make new family memories.

Quick Weekend Getaway
This was a last-minute rental and Brian was very accommodating, responded very quickly and was in communication throughout the stay checking-in to see how we were. The house is very clean, well maintained and fit our family perfectly, not to mention it was a short walk to the ocean. The elevator was a huge plus bringing bags and grocery items up the 3 levels of the home. Highly recommend this rental to others.

Beautiful Home!
The home is beautiful, spacious and so many accomodations. My family and I loved the home and enjoyed our stay. The beach is so close to the home and the Casinos are only minutes away. It was so good reunited with family. Owner is very friendly and easy to talk with. Thank you Brian

Awesome property and location. Quiet beach 10 mins from the heart of Atlantic city’s shows and fine dining. And gambling Beach was clean. Ocean fun. Brigantine a nice quiet beautiful town. Our host Brian was super attentive, checking in with us every other day to make sure all was good. I will stay at Brian’s properties next time in area
