Tämä huoneisto sijaitsee kahden korttelin päässä 24th Street Stage ja Vanha merivartioasema & Museum. Se on kävelyetäisyydellä lähikaupat, apteekit, elokuvateatterit, matkamuistomyymälöitä, ja ravintoloita. Vietä loma nauttien auringosta ja surffaa, kävely tai pyöräily on Boardwalk ja viereisen pyörätietä, rentoutuen lempeä merituulesta omalta Ocean parveke tai ryhtyy vilkasta yöelämää pitkin Atlantic Avenue!
Historic Triangle of Williamsburg, Yorktown ja Jamestown, Busch Gardens huvipuisto, Water Country USA, ja useat pistorasiaan ostoskeskukset ovat vain tunnin ajomatkan päässä. Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center, Ocean Breeze Waterpark ja Motor Maailman mennä karting ovat kaikki 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä.

Master makuuhuoneessa on king-size reki vuode, 2 yöpöydät lampuilla, kaksinkertainen pukeutuja, 32 tuuman taulutelevisio, herätyskello, kylpy poreallas. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 parivuodetta, 2 yöpöydät lampuilla, lipasto, TV ja kylpyamme. On pinottava pesukone ja kuivaaja yksityiskäyttöön. Puoli kylpyhuone sijaitsee lähellä eteiseen. Tämä huoneisto on yksi nimetty autopaikka, aidatulla ja katettu pysäköintipaikka. Rajoitettu määrä osoittamattomista tilat ovat myös saatavilla aidatulla alueella ensin tullutta palvellaan ensin.

Vuokrat ovat lauantaista lauantaihin, viikoittain meillä on 7 yötä minimiin.

VA Beach-Home away from home
My family and I enjoyed our stay! We vacation in VA Beach every summer. It was our first time staying at this property. Overall, everything was great! Very spacious and clean! The A/C in the master bedroom was not as cool as the other rooms. We did find a stand up fan in the closet which we used. It helped some. We would stay again. Margie and her Team were pleasant to work with.

Highly recommend
The Kamla is centrally located on the strip. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, Music venues (17th & 24th street stages) and many activities for all ages like mini golf, flipper McCoy's, Dinosaur animatronics and haunted houses! Not to mention the shopping and of course the BEACH!

Will stay again!
Great condo! Very clean and located in the heart of Atlantic Ave. The condo has two balconies- one is ocean front from the living area and the other is in the main bedroom which overlooks Atlantic Ave. It is quite loud as you are on a strip with all the nightlife happening- bars and shops play loud music, etc. but we were all so exhausted at the end of the day it didn’t matter much. The master bedroom was not bad but the 2nd bedroom did seem to collect the outside noise more. Great views of the ocean, only a few steps from the boardwalk and sand. They have a fully stocked kitchen and laundry washer and dryer which was nice! There is a few poor homeless chaps who sit on the benches below the building but they never bothered anyone at all. Nice as can be really but thought I’d mention it just in case. Overall, we’d absolutely stay here again.

Great place, amazing view!
Everything from booking to check in and out we’re easy as could be! Margie was great through the whole process. The condo was beautiful with a great view from both balconies. The night life around the area was crazy fun to observe from the bedroom balcony. The parking was a tight squeeze but the nice gentleman working was great with helping guide us to park easier each time. The bathrooms need some updating and some items in the condo need some repairs, but overall it was a great stay! We will definitely be back.

Nice condo in great location
Condo is in a great location, very convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, etc… Some parts of condo have been recently renovated and rest is well taken care of. View off oceanfront balcony is beautiful.

Great location, large oceanfront unit with great view !! Everything we needed!! Restaurants, grocery store ,beach all within walking distance. Street traffic a little noisy on weekends. Definitely would stay again!!

Stunning Views!
Everyone was so friendly and easy to deal with even down to Wayne who managed the parking lot. That is one downside to this property is the parking but beach parking is tight no matter where you stay. Condo was perfect for our needs and we truly enjoyed ourselves!

Condo good, location not good
The condo itself was great! Very clean. Kitchen is newly update. Bathrooms need to be updated as well as the living room furniture. The furniture is old and worn. Used an extra bed sheet to lay on them so we could sit down and feel comfortable. The location on the boardwalk was a lot busier then we anticipated. It was very loud on Friday and Saturday nights. If we go back would stay at either end of the boardwalk where it seemed to be quieter and more family orientated.

Nice place, fun vacation
We enjoyed our stay here. Everyone we dealt with was very easy to communicate with. Property was clean. We had one issue where the washer stopped working correctly...we called and it was handled very quickly and satisfactorily. Checking in and out was very easy, and Margie was quick to respond to texts. I took off a star in the neighborhood category bc we had a few instances where, right outside the doors leading to the beach, there were some folks clearly on drugs, stumbling, yelling at bushes, talking to inanimate objects, etc. We got some questions from our kiddos on those instances, but we know this isnt the fault of the property owner in any way. Otherwise, the area seemed family friendly.

Had a great time!
It was our first time in VA beach. The view from the condo is awesome. We spend a lot of time on the balcony. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! It was very loud and busy on Atlantic Ave on Saturday night but the rest of the week it was fine. We walked to almost everything. We didn’t want to leave!

View and condo layout was great. Condo is located on 21St Street which is very, very noisy. Visited during a very windy, cloudy, rainy week - something was clanging on the roof the whole time. Ants in the kitchen. Washer did not work but was fixed quickly. Some kind of stain (blood or wine??) on recliner but was cleaned quickly. Furniture in livng room is outdated and very uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced if they expect top dollar for this rental. Balcony was a plus and was very nice to watch the ocean. Lots of restaurants open and servicing inside amid Corona Virus.
