I was placed in a dirty accessible room which cost $530 for one night. There wasn’t even soap in the bathroom, just one little shampoo bottle. Burn holes in the dirty old chair, beds were rock hard, a 6 inch gap at the bottom of the door which was very annoying considering how noisy the surrounding rooms were. I probably will not be staying here again unless they renovate their rooms and lower their prices.

Lot of activities for kids such as waterpark Minigolf Arcade Roller Skating etc. Valet Parking make life easier with the incredible service. Nice size bedroom especially big bathtub. Last but not least is The Location....On boardwalk you can't beat that!!

The property was very nice and clean when entering the hotel/resort and room the amenities were amazing but the shower head was so low you have to bend down for wash and the bed was absolutely terrible it felt like you were sleeping on springs!! We request ocean view and we got the top of the roof slight view with construction. Very disappointed

I didnt like the surprise fees and parking cost. They charged my credit card for smoking in the room when we did not smoke in the room amd fire command had no record of an alarm and then it took 15 phone calls..literally 15 and 1 week to get someone from front desk on the phone to get the refund.

I didnt know this was a hotel for dogs and children. Single guy alone ready to gamble and have fun will not happen here. The dogs in this place were the worst, barking all night long, stepping in dog crap, when dogs pass eachother they try and fight, it was a nightmare. There is only one snack bar in the whole place, zero restaurants..... the only pizza snack bar has a line out the door and one cook and one slow guy trying to handle all the front. People in line were mad and cursing, by the time we get to the front we are told that the only thing they have are pizza and mozz sticks which is infuriating to people standing in line for 35 minutes, maybe let the line know ahead of time. There is not a single gambling machine in this whole place, just an arcade..... for kids this place would be awesome, there a little roller rink, golf, go-karts and games and a waterpark..... good for them The waterpark is way too expensive to go in, Six Flags water park is cheaper. Between the dogs barking and the kids running up and down the halls playing, I didnt get any sleep. I am very allergic to dogs and upon checking in they cannot tell me if my room had a dog in it recently, that is very serious to someone like me. Professional hotels that allow dogs have certain towers that dont allow pets for the safety of the guests, you have 2 or 3 towers in this hotel, make one of them pet free. That is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your guests who are afraid or allergic of them
