I didn't stay at this hotel. I was checking on my reservation before the time ran out to cancel. I called both the hotel and Expedia and was told they could not find my reservation. So i didn't go. Now i am charged over 450 dollars for the mistake that either the hotel or Expedia did. I feel like i was a victim of a scam!

We had to switch our room, due to the smell of mildew. I thought maybe the air conditioning, it was so strong. We went to another room and same thing. This was on the first floor.

We are fans of comfort inn and suites. We are a family of five and love the option for a room with a pullout bed. May not be the most comfortable but it is better than having to get another room. The rooms are always clean and breakfast is hot and delicious. Comfort inn will always be our first choice.

This was the First Time.
My stay was good, the one complaint I have is the New receptionist gave out a key to a family member, and next thing I know they walked in the door of my hotel room, and when I asked her not to please do that, which I never have had that happen before, she didn’t apologize at all but defended herself, which I have never had issues with this this hotel. Also, the bathroom light did not work in my room.
