Entrance from the free public parking via an impressive original staircase The lower floor comprises a sitting and dining area, with a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is an oven, microwave, Nespressomachine , dishwasher, induction cooker and fridge and freezer.There is a guest toilet on this floor.Large windows offering the amazing views. Upstairs are two bedrooms , one with a double bed ( 1.80 x 2.00 m) and en suite bath and shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00) with an en suite shower room, where you also find the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a spare single bed that can be used as well.
All the rooms have airconditioning.
Aubeterre is one of the most beautiful villages of France and has a rich history, with the famous monolithic church attracting lots of visitors. It is easy to make day trips to Perigueux, Angoulème, or Saint Emilion and the famous vineyards of Bordeaux. There is the village square with shops, bars and resaurants and the river beach is at walking distance. Horse riding, canoeing, cycling and golf near by. Bordeaux airport at a 90 minutes drive, Bergerac airport 80 minutes, and 60 minutes to Angoulème trais station with trains to Bordeaux and Paris.
