I'm sorry, but the only post I've thing I can say about this hostel is location. Okay, and maybe the wonderful country themes on the various floors...which I couldn't see because the fob takes you to your floor only.
This place needs a lot of improvements, ie, lockers in the room, charging stations for each bed, curtains for each bed.
Disappointing there was only two showers and two toilets for the entire floor.
It was not a very clean facility, compared to other hostels. I dropped something under the bed (it was hanging on the bed rail near my head), and on the process of retrieving pulled up a huge dirty hairball. Seems washrooms are only cleaned once a day.
I had asked for a bottom bunk prior to arrival. However, they gave it to someone else. The staff member was apologetic and managed to get things sorted...but this was due to the fact the person who had 'my' bottom bunk was kind enough to move.
Some staff were lovely, others not so motivated.
No maps. Some staff didn't have a clue on recommendations.
Kitchen small. I didn't use it except to get water.
Additional positives--they were good at responding to messages. From the point of security, I also appreciated that the front door was locked after a certain time.
