We had a great stay at Movenpick Hotel Auckland. Clean, comfortable, professional, and hassle-free. Located in the center of CBD, it's an easy walk to sights and restaurants if you don't have a car, and also near convenient parking garages if you do.

Staff were very helpful and friendly on arrival and departure. Didn’t think Chocolate hour was very good compared to Wellington Movenpick Hotel. Noise In corridor at 6:30am from cleaners pushing a trolley? was annoying.

The staff at the reception are very friendly. The only negative thing is when we arrived at the hotel after a long walk in the city, our room is still untidy, the room service staff came late in the afternoon. I find that quite unusual.
