Room was a good size for a grown family of 4, clean and spacious. It does have quite a few stairs if mobility was an issue for you. We weren't told that we had to pre-book a car space so had to pay for parking nearby. You will need a car or be prepared for a walk to get to Auckland attractions.

The property is clean and accessible for everything! The receptionist friendly and effective communicator. However, the car park design poorly. It’s very hard to take the car in and out without having incident. It’s very squashy.

The property was not cleaned during our two nights stay. The sofa provided was of poor quality. We needed to collect the toiletries from the reception. We were three people and the toiletries included were sufficient for one person. It is challenging to access the property reception if you have luggage since you will need to climb down stairs. Direct access to the reception is through a docking area which is not readily observable.

Doesn’t live up to its listing

Definitely not what is described in the listing - space not well used, big empty area then a cramped lounge space. Smelt really musty, we left and our clothes held the smell. Space in bedroom for tv but no tv, space for washer dryer but no washer dryer, plug cover wripped off the wall. Only two lifts so waiting forever. Parking is a nightmare for anything larger than a swift.

I liked that The property is located within 15 min walk to the Explorer bus stop at the Art Galery/Alber park. The apartment was cleaned every 5 days and the kitchen was very well equipped.
