Location location location, its cross road from Skybus stop and close from every tour attraction and shops it's very central and you can reach everywhere in 10 mins by walk also close from Ferry terminal. All the utensils and Kitchen facility are available and Linen and bath towel make this place touched with luxurious. Interior and artificial plants could be better if its genuine but for maintaining reason it can be acceptable. Free Wi-Fi with built in Netflix are huge bonus. I would love to visit again. This room only have sealing fan with portable fan but AC and hard to contact with management team but they provide most check in and out information by timely manner through email. Your dream NYC style loft for good value of money.

Missed email for check in procedures. So last minute emails while travelling were a nuisance to work with so phoned to sort this out the day of arrival.

The unit is nestled right in the CBD area which was closed to the wharf, sky city tower and the park. All within the walking distance. Self checking in and there were steps of instruction that you need to follow before you can enter the unit which were straightforward. Unit is clean but a bit tight with basic decor with simple amenities. The laundry facility is just a washer and you need to dry them on the rack (given). Two firm queen size beds which were comfortable enough except you need to climb up the ladder to access one of them. The unit is facing 24/7 middleastern restaurant which may be a bit noisy at times in the night but it didn’t bother us. The only critical experience would be the not so customer oriented of the person on the side of the mobile phone (no. given on the instruction). Tips: Only call that number when you think you have a critical situation. Otherwise, the place is really value for money.

Great little apartment right in the heart of downtown Auckland. Spotless, beautiful, and stocked with everything we needed. Management team was off-site, but very accommodating and responsive.

aconchegante mas atendimento a desejar

O espaço é bacana, tudo novo e funcionando tudo bem decorado, aconchegante localização perfeita, pouco minutos a pé da sky tower camas macias, espaço limpo, roupa de cama e toalhas limpas a cama em cima acaba ficando um pouco cansativo o sobe e desce, mas ja fechei o apartamento sabendo desta condição. o email de instrução feito pela empresa que gerencia o apartamento (o gerenciamento nao é feito pelo hoteis.com), foi direto para o spam portanto nao tive acesso às instruções corretas e ao chegar na cidade e tentar fazer o check in antecipado fomos tratados com certa grosseria o endereço tbm so é fornecido posteriormente, e o nome do edifício nao é the oasis mas sim THE MET a maquina de lavar ropupa/ secadora nao funciona a função secagem o manual da maquina que estava no apartamento e o manual enviado no meu celular apos solicitação nao correspondem ao mesmo produto
