Birthday trip
The house itself is amazing with ample space and comfort. All four bedrooms had king size beds that were so comfortable we didn’t want to get out of bed. This house would be great for any family trip. The game room was the main reason we chose this location; There were a couple of minor things that the owners were accommodating to. Overall I would recommend this house to anyone looking at a stay in Round Rock, TX.

Amazing stay
The house was beautiful, very clean, and in a cute neighborhood. Understandably parking was a bit tight but we were able to fit 3 vehicles in the driveway with no problems. My kids loved running around the back yard, its completely fenced in so i was 100% comfortable with them playing. Will definitely be reaching out again if we are ever in the area!

Fun Game Rooms for families
We had a nice time here. The house was very clean, comfortable and decorated with a modern sensibility. Easy to get to with the directions from the hosts, though a uber eats driver was a little confused. Good high speed wifi, easy to get around from here to North Austin without too much traffic, though driving through the city there was a fair amount of traffic ( as is typical for Austion). This is in a new subdivision a few miles from the town of Round Rock, and there is a nice Park for All Abilities 10 minutes away. Beds were comfy, AC works well. We had a 6, 9, 13, and 15 year old kids and 5 adults. It was nice to have the game room and a few board games and cards that entertained the kids for hours, and also gave us something to do together. Some suggestions for a better stay some smaller head pillows would be a nice option, the bed pillows were all very large. This house would work great if you plan on eating out more often than cooking. The kitchen was minimally stocked, for a house advertised as sleeping 10, you might consider doubling the silverware, and adding a baking pan or sheet, foil, more cooking oil, vinegar, condiments, and regular salt and pepper.

Comfortable, clean, and a great area.
Our stay was great! The house was clean and stocked. Check -in was good and the owner was awesome to work with. The kids had fun playing pool, football and the video games. The house is located to so many places to eat, shop and activities. Would definitely suggest for a fun family stay.

Wedding visit
Stayed here to attend a wedding. Easy to find the property and access was easy. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to get on the freeway. Home was very clean and comfortable. Nice collection of spices, mugs, glasses and plates, but it would be nice to have had one sauté pan and a baking pan or cookie sheet. We had a lovely stay.

Fabulous luxury home
This was a beautiful home, very spacious, so many amenities, and was perfect for our two families. Everything was new and pristine. Beds were super comfortable and the game room provided countless hours of fun for the kids, teenagers, and adults. Sofas in living room were not that comfortable but we didn’t really spend much time in that room. Host was fast to respond with any questions we had about the rental. Location was pretty convenient to different parts of the Austin area. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!
