Decent. Quiet.

Basic and decent room for the price. The bed was comfortable but they need to get new, better pillows because one of mine was flat and lumpy! Other than that I still slept pretty well. It was quiet despite being right on the freeway feeder.

I didn't like that the cleaning crew didn't change my sheets the 6 days I was there and left me without clean towels. The property was just great

good value for money

This is a serious dive motel, run-down, in a bad neighborhood. That said, room 107 was in surprisingly good shape with new fixtures, a new shower, toilet, and sink, it was reasonably clean and secure. You can do a lot worse for a micro-budget stay. I have paid more for less.
