This custom home builder’s personal home has many unique finishes and features including: custom cabinetry, artisan woodwork, stone accent walls and niches, and wood/stone/and scored concrete flooring. Ample windows provide natural light throughout the house and offer lovely views of the natural rock grottoes and landscaping outside. Two full bathrooms including one in the owners suite. The main bedroom has a King size bed, the two guest bedrooms have queen size beds. We then have an office with two large desk and two desk chairs.
The kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room and living room all open to each other creating a spacious, open architectural feel. The fully stocked High End Kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, built-in ice maker, refrigerator and island breakfast bar. In addition, there is a lovely outdoor kitchen and Pavillion to entertain family and friends. There is also many seating areas and outdoor firepit!
The living room is equipped with luxurious furnishing, built in surround sound and a high end flat screen UHD TV, and includes remote control MantelMount black out shutters which make for a true home theater experience.
There is a separate laundry and a large attached two-car garage. The estate offers plenty of room.
For your safety and security, we have installed cameras at the entrance and driveways.

DRIPPING SPRINGS SONGWRITERS FESTIVAL OCTOBER 18-20, 2024: This 3-day music festival treats music lovers to a wide variety of amazing songs and the people and stories behind the finely crafted tunes.
The songwriting showcases give attendees the opportunity to experience tomorrow’s headliners in small-stage "listening room" performances at unique venues in historic downtown Dripping Springs. On 8 stages, featuring 70 shows, 45+ songwriters will perform in an “in the round” Nashville-style song-swap format.
Texas Hill Country Olive Company- You will find yourself surrounded by over 15 acres of olive trees and smack dab in some of the most beautiful lands in all of the Hill Country. Learn about the history of olive oil, the oil extraction process and much more. There’s also a tasting room on the grounds, a bistro with paninis, charcuterie and pizzas, as well as a lovely selection of local beers and wines. Within the villa is a gift shop where you can purchase their award winning olive oil, balsamic vinegars, cooking accessories, fresh bread, and gifts.
Deep Eddy Distillery- Just up the road is tasting room is the ideal spot for an afternoon cocktail. One of the most popular destinations to visit, the distillery is located right off of Highway 290 in Dripping Springs.
Milton Reimers Ranch Park is close by and has Mountain Climbing, Hiking and Mountain Biking Trails. Swim in the Pedernales River! The hike from the parking lot to the river is approximately 0.25 miles down a steep grade.You can also explore the Texas Skies at the Reimers Observatory is an astronomical observatory located inside Reimers Ranch Park. Reservations for observatory programs are required to be in the park after dark. The road to the Beach. Keep in mind that you will need to be prepared to pay your entry fee by cash, no credit cards are accepted.
