We welcome you to bring the family or enjoy a fun trip with friends! Our 3 bedroom home, plus guest house, has everything you need to feel at home. Brand new listing, newly renovated and extremely clean. Our quest house has two sets of bunk beds perfect for families. It is a short drive to South Congress and 1st street, or a quick Uber to downtown. We are so excited to help you enjoy Austin whether it's hitting some hot spots or relaxing at home.

Chosen Family Christmas Gathering
My family and I met our "chosen" family in Austin for a weekend to celebrate Christmas. We had three children under the age of seven and two dogs. The neighborhood is very working class, and conveniently located near a HEB and several fast-food restaurants. We found the house well equipped with everything we needed (towels, wash cloths, coffee maker, etc.). The beds were super comfortable. The water pressure and the showers were just fine. If you have younger kids, I would not rely on the bunkbeds for them, as they are in a separate "house" from the others rooms with no water (but it is climate controlled and with a TV). We would definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip - 2024
Communication with the owner was good, no complaints on that end. We were very disappointed to learn the pool was not functional and upon arrival, it looked like it hadn’t been working in awhile. The neighborhood/location wasn’t bad, but there was always people walking around the streets at night, which kind of spooked us as a group of girls. Overall, we wish we had picked somewhere with a functional pool, but it wasn’t the end of the world.

Super fun place for a large group!
My group of 8 had a great time here! It fit 5 cars in the garage plus driveway, check in was easy, we had some games already there, and the rooms were very spacious. It is close to everything fun too! Nobody had complaints throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

A lovely house with some details that could have been better attended to.
The house itself is really nice— beautifully updated, clean, and with great space for hanging out with family. The bunkhouse in the backyard is also really nice and comfortable for sleeping in. Unfortunately the exterior wasn’t that nice. The lawn wasn’t mowed and the charming little pool in the backyard was gross and filled with algae. It was over 80 degrees both days we were there and I had been hoping my little nephew could use the pool based on the photos, but that was not an option. Also, we were supposed to check in at 4 but the door codes didn’t get sent until after 5 so my sister was just waiting outside the house and couldn’t get in. The owner was responsive once I got in touch with her. Finally there was no iron. We were in Austin for a memorial service and we all needed to iron our clothes but couldn’t, so I had to run out to Target to buy an iron. Overall it feels like a really nice house but that they haven’t quite figured out how to manage renting it out yet. Hopefully this feedback will help.

Sensational Stay in Austin
We had a awesome Austin experience. My wife, my two children (ages 9 and 12), my sister, and my 87 year old mother all thoroughly enjoyed the comfy and inviting home. It was perfect to celebrate Christmas with our Austin family. The hosts, Gwen and Kevin, were responsive and supportive. The house is perfect for a family, and the back room with the two bunk beds was paradise for our children, while the adults could hang out while still keeping an eye on their activities. If we return to Austin, we hope to stay again.

Great for a big group
We had 6 guys and there was plenty of accommodations for us all. 7 beds plus an oversized couch that could be used if needed. Great set up in the kitchen and TV’s everywhere. If you are looking for a pristine neighborhood this isn’t it but it was fine and it was quiet. House was great though. Totally updated and appointed.

A beautiful house with an excellent host
Such a beautiful house! Stayed here with a group of 7 girls and we had plenty of space, none of us felt cramped and nobody had to share a bed! The stock tank pool was an amazing feature which we used every day! We were all able to sit in or near it together and again, never felt cramped! The host was so responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The location was really convenient as well, never more than a 10-15 minute Uber ride from anywhere we wanted to go! The house is trendy and decorated very cute, we had an excellent time and would highly recommend this home!

Cute VRBO
The VRBO was clean and beautiful on the inside. The accommodations were comfortable and suited for our group of 8. The stock pool was a plus, and the sun came out just enough to get to enjoy it. The only less than ideal feedback would be some of the suspicious activity around the neighborhood. Late on the first night, it sounded like someone was trying to access the garage from the outside, so this was concerning

Perfect Stay!
This house was absolutely perfect for my husband's birthday trip! The house was clean, beautiful, and the perfect distance from every thing in Austin. It easily accommodated all 10 of us comfortably. Gwen was a fantastic host and provided everything we needed for a perfect stay. Truly a great stay!

Amazing rental and hospitality!!
This was an amazing space. From the start the owners were extremely responsive, professional, and understanding. The space with beautiful, spacious, and was able to accommodate our entire party! Outside of that the location of this property is prime and allows easy access to the city! Would definitely book again when I return!

The house was smaller than the pictures made it seem. The batteries in the front door lock died, we found a giant spider web in the master bedroom, there was trash on the floor & some kitchen supplies were dirty.

Let me start by the easy search on Vrbo. When I decided to book this place, I knew it was a gem. I would say that it’s located in a neighborhood that multiple cars are parked on the street and there’s even an 18-wheeler! But when we got inside the house- it was immaculate! It was exactly as pictured. The owner was very easy to contact when we had an issue with the door to lock. Issue was quickly resolved. I particularly enjoyed the private room in the back. It’s also close to the grocery and freeway. Overall it was a very nice and safe place. Will definitely recommend!
