Currently, due to water levels, public boat ramps are closed. Access to the boat dock involves descending over 60 stairs, making it unsuitable for small children or individuals with limited mobility.

We offer a variety of life jackets, though it's the responsibility of guests to ensure all members of their party, including children, have properly fitting jackets.

The slips near the house are not available for guest use, as they are custom-made for specific boats kept there year-round.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours, submitting an ID for verification.

We are pet-friendly, permitting up to two dogs with a $200 pet fee. Pets must be crated when left alone and are not allowed on furniture or beds.
