Inside the Home
The living and dining rooms are spacious, with a Smart TV equipped with Roku (Netflix, DirecTV Stream, etc.). The kitchen table is versatile—ideal for working, dining, or playing games. The efficient kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for preparing home-cooked meals.

The bathroom serves both bedrooms and includes all essentials. The first bedroom features a queen bed, two end tables, and a closet. The back bedroom also has a queen bed, two end tables, and a closet, with access to the private fenced patio at the end of the hallway. A full-size stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located in the living room closet.

Outdoor Space
The private patio shares a common wall with the neighboring unit and opens to a large shared yard. Other than the yard, all spaces are completely separate. The private driveway is reserved for you, but additional street parking is available in front and on the side of the property.

We live just a couple of blocks away and are often downtown for work, socializing, or fun. If you encounter any issues, let us know—we’re here to ensure your stay is great!

Parking & Accessibility
Street parking is plentiful, and you’ll also have access to a private driveway for convenient loading and unloading. The patio entrance leads directly to the driveway for easy access.

Family-Friendly
We welcome families and children! A pack-and-play is available in the back bedroom closet. My wife and kids often stay here when it’s not booked, and they absolutely love the space.
