Welcome to our 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom renovated home, it is the perfect place for family stays, friends get togethers, stay-cations, and more! Our home offers a beautiful open spacious floor plan which is perfect for entertaining, a fully equipped kitchen with a huge island that is perfect for gatherings, fast internet with 150 channels, BOSE sound bar, and custom decor. A backyard with patio, lounger, BBQ, and protected by oak tree canopies will surely make your stay comfortable and memorable!

Located in the expansive leafy district of beautiful South Austin, this newly renovated Modern Farmhouse styled Home is surrounded by mature oak trees in a beautiful private setting, and is centrally located to all of Austin's attractions.

The property is spacious and private, but very close to all of Austin's wonder.

Among the area’s several malls is Southpark Meadows, with big-box stores and a cinema, while clusters of eateries include taquerias, BBQ joints, and sushi spots.

Whole Foods, Costco Wholesale, and other retailers are within 2 miles away. The shopping center also has Austin dining staples like Kerbey Lane Cafe and Mandola's. More locally sourced items are also close by in Sunset Valley Farmers Market and Central Market

Uber is our go to method of travel when heading out for the evening. However, Turo is a phenomenal service where we rent our cars when visiting Austin. Downtown Austin is only a 15 min Uber

Nice home
This is a great vacation rental! We cooked a few nights and enjoyed eating at the table. The yard looks lovely but it was too cold to enjoy. The bed was great and all the living spaces are cozy and comfortable.

Comfortable and convenient
This house was less than a mile from the family we were visiting, and convenient to the restaurants, shops, and Christmas lights we visited. Also easy to get to from the airport. The host answered a couple of questions I had before check-in really quickly.

Amazing home!
My wife and I were looking for a last-minute place to stay in Austin. So happy we found this house. It was wonderfully furnished and clean. Great kitchen and comfortable living area with big sofa and large TV. Cute backyard. The host was amazing and accommodating. We will definitely book this house again!

We found this cute home on Vrbo and it incredible from start to finish and was exactly as described, if not better. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The host was very responsive and gracious. The neighborhood was quiet and well situated in Austin, and still close to the action. Would recomend this place for everyone! The location was perfect -

We booked this home for a wedding. It was a great location and the property was very nice. We had 5 adults and it was very spacious and comfortable. The owner was very nice to work with and responsive to any of our questions. It was perfect for our needs. Many stores near by. I would stay here again.

Clean, quiet, and close to good food!
This is a great 3 BR home in a quiet Austin neighborhood. The beds were comfy, the showers hot, the wifi worked well, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We chose this so we could stay with our family rather than in separate hotel rooms. There is good groceries down the street and a liquor store if you need to purchase some spirits. Our host was responsive when we locked ourselves out (oops!) and was able to answer any of our questions before and during our stay. All in all, a great time and a great property. thanks!

Great base from which to watch the 2024 Total Eclipse!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, roomy, and very easy to live in while we were there. It was close to shopping and some good restaurants (highly recommend Mandola's!). With no traffic, less than 20 minutes to the airport. Overall, it worked out great!

Graduation celebration
We booked this to attend a celebration of a family member graduation. The home was exactly as listed and a perfect setting for us to be comfortable after long days of events. Perfect location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with all needs met with items in the home and stores/restaurants all in close location. We will definitely be looking to stay here again on our visits to Austin. Would totally recommend this home and 5 🌟 host!

Great stay!! I recommend!!
I was hesitant about booking because there was 1 review when I booked, but it was so so worth it. This stay was so nice and clean. One of my biggest peeves with staying anywhere, VRBO or hotel is the lack of cleanliness and I was so impressed with the house. It was wonderful. Everything was updated and clean, plus the house was decorated cute if you are looking for some aesthetic spots to take some pics. The master bath is awesome and the bedrooms and second bath are still big enough to not feel squished. We didn’t spend much time out on the back porch during our stay, but it would have been a great place to hang out if we had!! The location is great. I’ve lived in Austin in the past and this spot is close to a freeway that can take you north if you want, but also located near the heart of South Austin which is a super fun place to see. For real, book here!! You can’t beat the price for where you’re staying-it’s really nice. The only things I would mention to note are checking in- I received the instructions with no difficulty, however we weren’t sure how to lock the door from the outside using the keypad. We eventually figured it out after trying a few times and I honestly wasn’t worried because the host was great at responding to any questions. The only other thing to note- all three beds are very firm. Personally, I didn’t have any issues with this, but something to take note of. Overall 10/10!!!
