Tätä kotia hoitaa ammattimaisesti The Renters Club, joka tarjoaa Austinin premier-luksusvuokrauksen hallintapalvelua. Overall great, a bit smaller than description
We were a group for bachelor party. Property listed as sleeping 14 people but was not really enough space for 14 men. Be sure to look at the number of beds and not the displayed number of guests it holds. Otherwise everything was great, great neighborhood, close enough to everything you need.

Annual ACL trip
We had nine adults in our group, and this house was perfect. It is laid out very well. The living room, kitchen, and patio were large enough for us to hang out together. The bedrooms were spacious and quiet. We discovered a few issues, but the property manager was responsive and truly acknowledged any concerns. The walk to Zilker park is VERY hilly and there are no sidewalks, but it was easy to catch an Uber for the short drive, if needed.

The house was a great family house. There needs to be some deep cleaning, regular maintenance and touch up. Rug in living room is a trip hazard. The place needs sime attention but was otherwise a good stay.

Good location, accommodating of a large group
We had 8 college friends at the house and everyone had their own beds and there were adequate bathrooms. Plenty of space to hang out and the location was great. Had a couple issues - washer didn't work and lots of old and rusty showerheads/bathroom hardware that were tough to navigate - but it suited our needs for the weekend.

so much potential
I would love to give a great review but I have to be honest. This house while it is perfect for a big group and has a great layout, it cannot handle a big group. The plumbing is the worst I’ve experienced l. It was 11 girls using to two toilets because the others would break and we couldn’t use it. The house is crumbling you can see they don’t take care of it at all. Such a shame bc it really is a great house and great location.

We had eight people flying in from all over the country. A total of 10 guest. The property was set up amazing for us. Great location and everything we needed. The host was amazing. We were provided an early check in which helped me facilitate decorations for a 40th birthday party.

Great property for a group
My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette and loved the home. There are a good amount of bedrooms and we loved that we didn’t need to have people crammed into bunk beds. The main seating area is large and perfect for gathering to chat. The only downside is we didn’t use the pool because it was super buggy outside but that is standard in the south!

Great House for Group
The house was the perfect home base for our group of seven women (originally booked for eight, but one couldn't come). We stayed for four nights. The house was spacious and comfy. We had a few issues (one toilet running, broken coffeemaker, and no ice trays or icemaker), but the property manager quickly addressed the issues the morning following our check-in. I would recommend this house to other groups coming for a visit in Austin.

Nice house good location
The house was in a good location for what we were doing and there was definitely enough space for our party however, we had cold showers the entire weekend. There was only 1 bathroom that would get warm water and with 14 girls it just was not practical. That would be our only complaint.

Beautiful stay near Red Bud Isle
This property is in a beautiful part of Austin near the lake (river). You'll have close proximity to Red Bud Isle as well as practical amenities like grocery, gas, food, etc. It's spacious with ample room in the kitchen, dining, and family rooms for gathering. The pool is long and narrow with shade in the evenings. It's an older home, perhaps built in the 70s but the owners have done well to keep up on cosmetic updates. Your large family or group of friends will love to stay here!

You could tell this property was made specifically for VRBO, it had spacious rooms, lots of beds, so many mirrors and the perfect little outdoor area with a pool, we had 10 girls stay and could not say better things about this house!

Perfect house… Perfect Location!!
We had a group of 10 ladies get together for a weekend and this house was perfect. It was clean and had plenty of beds. The pool was great for hanging out during the day and the location was convenient and we felt very safe!!
