Perfect location for a weekend get away.
Perfect location for a weekend in Austin. Staff was very helpful. Room was recently renovated in a modern motif leaving the lighting very uneven. The room was tastefully appointed and comfortable.

Not recommended, inconvenient and noisy.
There were loud "partying" people waking me up. Noise control was minimal. Parking was $50 / day an expense that seemed hidden to me. The parking was inconvenient. There were no areas nearby for restaurants etc. Location is inconvenient with respect to local amenities and traffic. Noise was the biggest factor. I will not stay at this property again. The Staff was courteous and helpful. I need to review my bill to make sure I was not charged for internet access.

I feel awful for not remembering her name, but the young lady who checked us in Thursday night, 12/19/24 was the nicest, most welcoming person ever. I’ve never been treated so nicely. I travel everywhere. All over the world. She was the best! The hotel was nice, staff was great!

I stayed at this hotel to go away a few days after my baby brother passed away to get a peace of mind . I stayed only one day was charged a 100$ deposit .. this has been pending for 19 days .. I've talked to cooperate and the actual hotel who all day they will fix this because this is an issue only they can fix .. no one calls back or emails me back . This hotel stole my 100 and refused to give it back ! I talk to them every 3-4 days and same excuses "yes we see the change let me get your info so we can refund you " smh it's sick how yall would treat a grieving person
