It's about the staff
I was a pretty difficult customer --- I needed a very early check-in during a busy weekend so that my wife could come to the room in between her birthday brunch with friends and dinner with me. Anyways, the brunch went like 2 hours long and we didn't even need the check-in. Staff refunded the check-in fee right away and were still very kind after putting in a lot of effort to make her weekend special. Thanks to Liz, Lucas, Andrea, and Robert for being patient and accommodating.

I have seen better. Had a smell in the apartment due to the garbage disposal and upstairs room ventilation was not pushing any cold air.

There were issues checking me in due to the key fob/key pad system. I had to go back and forth to the front desk 3 times which was confusing and frustrating because the complex was difficult to navigate. (As opposed to signs in a hotel there is just a map of the floor.) Their key fob system wasn’t working so finally the office manager gave me a key to use for my room. Upon entering the thermostat was broken and it was 81 degrees. I lowered the temperature but it seemed to be broken. The staff was helpful in booking me another room with working air conditioning. I was pleased with my stay until I was awoken by construction in the room next door in the morning. There was banging and drilling next to my bed on the wall for hours. Normally I’m understanding to these circumstances but the office manager informed me prior to booking this room that there were several other rooms available on every floor. I was on vacation so I was hoping for a more peaceful atmosphere, especially when there were other rooms available. That night I also saw a medium sized cockroach by the carpet and noticed a strange smell coming from under the bed by the end of my stay. Overall the staff was accommodating and the property is nice. The pool is beautiful as well. If there was more communication I would have enjoyed my stay more, unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel to anybody.

Excellent. We have been traveling from Australia for nearly three months and stayed in so many different accommodations so I’ve seen it all. This place was great. Had everything we needed. Staff were attentive and helpful. Highly recommend it. Facilities were first rate and walk to absolutely everything downtown.
