Our well-appointed kitchen includes large refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and drip but BYO Coffee), ice maker, toaster, blender and of course a disposal! Stocked with all the basics to make simple meals (including oil, salt, pepper, basic spices). If you prefer to grill, you will enjoy a Weber grill connected to the house supply of natural gas (no propane needed for grill).
LIVING ROOM:
50’’ Roku Smart TV with electric fireplace mantle. Queen sleeper sofa, reclining leather chair, and two other decorative chairs. Living room opens to the kitchen bar area with 2 barstool seats.
FLEX ROOM:
For larger groups, a second entertainment room (doubles as the 5th bedroom) has a 45’’ Roku Smart TV, heating/cooling, and a large table for 10. A great 2nd space for indoor dining & entertainment, and flexibility for larger groups to sleep children or groups of family/friends.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft do service the area, but be prepared for 20~ minute waits, so just hail them ahead of time.

We require a short rental agreement to be signed by booking guest.
We do allow INDOOR pets only with a $149 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be supervised or crated, and we kindly ask they do not get on the beds or furniture.
The last 100 yards of road to the property is a rough county road. Driving the 10mph speed limit allows most sedans no issues accessing the property, but drive slow and straddle any rough spots. Hays County has approved engineering plans and repave sometime before March 2026. We are not allowed by the county to maintenance it ourselves unfortunately.
