The Neighborhood:
This location is walking distance to the campus grounds of Southwestern University and the Most Beautiful Square in Texas, filled with restaurants, bars and shops. You'll find homes 100+ years old, and some that are brand new. There are so many things to do that are within a short drive including all that Austin, Waco and Fredericksburg have to offer. Travelling with kids? Parks, splash pad and open fields are within a few blocks. A pack and play, highchair and booster seat are onsite if needed.
