South Austin stay
The house is updated, easy access to grocery store, nice stove, pots and pans available. Bring your own ice. Had olive oil available and some seasonings. Plenty of cups, dishware. Clean, tidy, organized. The blue couch is very uncomfortable. The grey is more comfortable but you're not fitting more than three people on it sitting upright. The TVs need up sizing.The one in the main bedroom didn't work and it's very small. The bed in the main room fell, slats wouldn't stay in the frame of the bed. I fell through while sitting on the side of the bed, and not just once. We received an email notifying us of a hole in the fence. We saw the "hole" in the fence and it's half a fence laying down and has vines and grass growing over it, probably been down a while. Make sure your animal is on a leash. There is a major road that runs behind the property that if your dog got loose it would definitely get hit by a car. The neighbors stayed up until past 4 a.m. We could hear them in the main bedroom and so could our child who was staying in the room next to us. You can definitely tell the owners are putting some effort into the house. It's definitely cozy and nice. The garage was open and we were able to access some WD-40 and quiet the squeaks. We didn't use the hot tub so no feedback on that. They had a drip coffee maker and had some Austin coffee available for us to use and it was delicious. Overall it was a nice place, but it could definitely use some improvements.
