Herää päällikön näkymään kauniille Erie-järvelle, joka on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä.
Koti on suorassa linjassa viileän järven tuulta, jossa saatat nauttia iltapäivällä tai illalla etuistuimella.
Jos vieraassasi on enemmän kuin kaksi ihmistä loman aikana, he voivat valita yhden hengen vuode purppuran huoneessa tai täynnä sänkyä sinisessä huoneessa. Kaikissa huoneissa on runsaasti kaappitilaa ja lipaston laatikkoa.

Arvoesineesi on turvallinen.

Naapurusto:
Lake Shore Park on neljännes kilometrin päässä itään. Voit ruokkia ankkoja, pelata frisbee-golfia tai istua keinuun ja nauttia vedestä. Walnut Beach on puolen kilometrin länteen. Conneautin kaupunkipuisto sijaitsee 12 kilometriä itään - 60 eekkeriä, ja se tarjoaa jokaiselle jotakin. Leikkikentistä jalkapallokentille ja koripallokentille.

Lounas voi olla Crow's Nest - perheomisteinen ravintola, joka sijaitsee korttelin päässä kotimme, jossa parhaita siipiä (muun muassa) voidaan syödä.

Harbor Pesula on muutaman kilometrin päässä, jos haluat pestä vaatteita.

Liikkuminen:
1000 metriä reitille 11, olet hypätä, hyppää ja hypätä moniin katettuihin siltoihin, viinitiloihin ja tapahtumiin Ashtabulan läänissä. Olemme 15 minuutin päässä Geneven Spiresta. Myös 15 minuutin päässä Geneven-järvestä, jos et pääse pysähtymään Bascule-sillalla satamassa - lisää sitten 10 minuuttia.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Massucci Field. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Great weekend getaway
Great communication and nice weekend vacation spot. We had my adult son and daughter with their significant others. The one bathroom was challenging but we made it work. Some mirrors in the bedrooms would help immensely since that’s where most of us had to get ready. Only other minor thing was the soap dispenser in the bathroom was not pumping. Overall a great stay!

You can walk (not short) to a nearby lake shore park or beach (3? min drive) or drive 10 minutes to another one as well and be on the beach. Attractive space. STeps -- as advertised -- are steep. Lovely and helpful property owners.

Great stay here in this house. Loved the area too. We come here for a big swim meet very year and we love staying in this town and going to the harbor perk every morning. Such an interesting area. The house was warm and inviting. It has everything you could possibly need. The property manager was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable and helped us with anything we needed. Great safe and clean place!

Lovely Weekend Getaway
This house is a lovely respite for a weekend or longer! Within a short driving distance to the downtown area, a beach, and a lakeside park. There are wineries close by as well as a suburban shopping area if you need to run to Walmart. The home has everything you can think of in terms of feeling at home! We cooked meals at the house in the well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom is updated and clean and beds are comfortable with clean linens and there are extra blankets and pillows. We watched a movie on the television in the living room, which we were able to connect to our streaming service. Books, puzzles, and board games are provided as well. I sat on the porch swing to enjoy my coffee in the morning and to listen to the rain in the evening. The house is big enough that everyone has their own space, but small enough to feel cozy. There is a restaurant called the Crow's Nest that has good food for a good price just about diagonal from the house. They have dining or take away. All in all, this was a very relaxing visit. Five Stars! I would stay here again, hopefully for a few extra days :)

Perfect stay
I really enjoyed our stay this weekend. It’s a nice area. Seems like it would be nice in summer as well. The house was very clean and some of the basic items that were available like water bottles, coffee, creamers, etc was an added bonus. We would love to come again!

Clean and quiet
The overall stay was excellent. The house was clean and the owners were available if any problem should arise. Check in was easy and we were able to go in the house a little early which was nice since our drive there was a little quicker than planned. We also got to meet the owners son who lives next door and gave us some great information on nearby beaches. The only downside was geneva on the lake was a little further of a drive than we would have liked.

Great location
Fabulous location! The house is impeccably clean, cute and well stocked. There are a few things to mention- The master bed was incredibly hard- we went and bought a blow up bed and slept on that instead- issue solved :) I have mobility issues so getting up and down the narrow stairs was very, very hard. I would think if you’re older or a larger person who can’t see their feet I think the steps will be an issue. I’m still giving the home 5 stars bc they mention the stairs in the listing so that’s our fault for not seeing it. Overall, the location is ideal and we spent little time in the home anyway. The owners are kind and responsive.

Beautiful house and was exactly as listed online. Was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Its an older home with an unique staircase so if stairs are an issue I would use caution when booking. Overall a wonderful stay and certainly will go back on our future fishing trips.

This is the second time I have stayed at this location. The house is large and will accommodate multiple families, including children. The décor is enchanting. I cannot praise the hosts enough. Highly communicative and welcoming. I highly recommend this dwelling as well as the wonderful hosts.

Great house!
We enjoyed our stay. Gary & Linda were the best and even checked in with us during our stay. The house is just as described and within suitable driving distance to Geneva on the Lake and the SPIRE institute. It was great to come back to relax between swim sessions with plenty of room for all four of us. Would definitely stay again!

The Welcome Inn was a very clean and nice 3 bedroom house located in Ashtabula. The house was exactly what the pictures and description said it was. The owners were great and the check in was very easy. My family was very happy with the house and would stay here again the next time we are in Ashtabula.

Overall it was good!
Most important for us was cleanliness! And this property honestly was a 10/10. Very clean interior/ sheets/ towels everything. Only a few things I would change. The steps going upstairs are very narrow and steep. My parents are 65+ and it was very difficult to go up and down to the only bathroom upstairs. The living room needs a little more comfortable seating. Overall the location is great and the place is spotless so for us as younger people it was perfect!!

The house is very clean and well cared-for. The location is great, it is very close to Lake Erie. The owners and their family are very friendly. It was the perfect place to stay for our family of 5, we plan to stay again on our next trip!
