Rauhallinen ja maaseutu lähellä Avignonia

Domaine Pré Joly sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla 10 minuutin päässä Avignonin vallitsijoista, Palais des Papesista ja kuuluisasta Avignonin sillasta, 7 minuutin päässä Avignonin lentokentältä ja 20 minuutin päässä TGV-asemalta.
Rakennus on peräisin 1800-luvulta ja se sijaitsee 5000 m2: n kiinteistöllä.
Se kunnostettiin tyylikkäästi vuonna 2014 nykyaikaisella tyylillä, mutta samalla säilyttäen viehätyksensä. Siinä on iso olohuone, olohuone, TV, varustettu keittiö (sähköinen induktioliesi, astianpesukone, uuni, mikroaaltouuni, jääkaappi, viinikellari, pakastin, Nespresso-kahvinkeitin, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin), päivä-wc ja yläkerrassa, 3 makuuhuonetta kylpyhuoneella (suihkut) ja oma wc, taulutelevisio.
Talo on täysin ilmastoitu, varustettu kodin automaatiojärjestelmällä ja musiikkipalvelimella.
Kaikissa huoneissa on parivuode (2 vuodetta 180, 1 vuode 160).
Tarjoamme mukavuutena liinavaatteet: lakanat, käsipyyhkeet ja uima-altaan pyyhkeet.
Ulkona voit nauttia suuresta puutarhasta, syödä terassin varjossa, hemmotella itseäsi rentoutumiseen upotetun rannan uima-altaalla (lämmitetty huhtikuusta lokakuuhun) tai jopa pelata peliä. pétanquen joukosta boccia tuomioistuimella.

A delightful stay!
Domaine Pré Joly is a beautiful property and a lovely stay! We were warmly greeted and give a tour of the guest house and property by the owners. They do reside in the main house next to the guest house, but we didn't see them except at check-in and check-out. The guest house is beautifully appointed with designer finishes and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The grounds are immaculate and appreciated the added service of housekeeping each day to tidy up. The location is perfect as a central location for our daily adventures to the different villages we visited in the Luberon. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Elegant Domaine
The house is beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. Anne and Vincent are excellent hosts, going above and beyond providing helpful guidance with taxis, restaurants, side trips, coiffures, from the mundane to the sublime. Carolina and her husband and lovely dog Flokie also live on the property. Carolina kept the house pristine and was so sweet and helpful. We stayed for almost a month. How lucky for us!

Best vacation home ever!
The Domaine Pre Jolie is simply the best vacation home I have had the pleasure of staying in - after decades or renting homes. In fact, it is better quality and value than most 5 star hotels. The residence, gardens and pool areas were simply spectacular. The photos in the listing, while beautiful, simply do not do justice to the property when you experience it in person. The home is equipped with everything that you will need to make the most of your holiday in Provence. The location is a perfect home base in Provence. Easy day trips to so many beautiful, historic and charming villages and sights. Perhaps, most important is the warm and responsive interactions with the hosts – Anne, Vincent and Carolina who took such good care of us throughout our stay. If I could rate this higher than a 10 I would. We can’t wait to return!

Unforgettable trip.
The Domaine Pre Holy was spectacular. The house is wonderful and the grounds are even nicer. The pool, jacuzzi and bocce ball were enjoyed throughout our stay. A Little Slice of Heaven in Avignon
This property is amazing! Our small group felt like we had a five-star resort all to ourselves. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was a joy to work in and the open living room and dining area was very comfortable. We all enjoyed the beautiful outdoor spaces, the pool, cabana, and dining area. We were torn between going on short day trips and relaxing at our "resort." It was also nice to have Carolina and her beautiful Golden Retriever, Floki nearby. She was able to answer our questions and made us feel welcome. Our host, Anne, also made us feel very welcome. She was very friendly, welcoming, and informative. We would love to visit again!

Amazing!
Beautiful home and property! From the moment the gate opened we were awestruck. The amenities are amazing. The pool, pool house, dining patio and grounds are not only convenient and well appointed, but beautiful. Everything we needed and wanted was there. The design and artwork in the house creates a beautiful vibe. The house is perfectly wired for lighting and sound. Our hosts, Anne & Vincent, made us feel like we were at home. Carolina took great care of us during our stay, even making us a snack, unexpectedly, one afternoon. We cannot wait to return to this piece of paradise in the Provençal sun! A wonderful property tucked away just outside Avignon. Extremely private home and yard even though it is right in the residential neighborhood. It's too far to walk to Avignon Centre, but there are boulangeries and cafés just down the street. The house is immaculate, roomy, beautifully decorated, and the pool was a delight. I wish we could have stayed for a year!

The home and grounds are gorgeous and extremely comfortable. It was hot in France while we were there, so we were grateful for good air conditioning and a lovely pool. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen well equipped. It helped a lot to have a washing machine given the hot weather. We met only our hostess, who was charming. We had a couple of teen granddaughters with us, and they also loved this property. The decor was modern and also beautiful. I hope we can return some day.

Fantastic villa in south of France
We had a fantastic stay at this property. It's exactly as listed. Clean and well equipped. It was hot while we were here in early July and the a/c worked well and was a welcome retreat in the heat of the afternoon. We didn't do any cooking ourselves but we ordered dinner for the first night when we were arrived and were so grateful that Carolina had provided a delightful set of options for us to eat, including 3 vegetarians in our group. We would stay here again in a second. You must have a rental car in this area. The village is very quiet. We visited the bakery but went to Avignon and other villages for all of our outings. Communication with owners was very quick. Thank you so much for opening this to rentals!

An enchanting stay in Provence
This was an absolutely beautiful house and property, and the most friendly and gracious hosts who provided so many extra special touches, we felt totally pampered. Wine stocked fridge, fresh fruit, dinner upon arrival, fresh flowers, desserts…..if not for the fact that we wanted to see the rest of the surrounding area, we would have been happy to stay here and relax for the three days. A little slice of heaven
We’re ready to move in permanently. The house was amazing. Comfortable and well laid out. The grounds were like a park and immaculate. The jacuzzi in its own building was great. We asked that there be a dinner for us since we were driving across France to get there. Not only was everything tasty but there was delicious gluten-free bread for me. Anne was helpful and always responsive. We hope to return again.
