Dirty and not well maintained
First of all, the location of this property is great. You have easy access to the beach as well as being in close proximity to shops and restaurants. That being said, this property is poorly maintained and dirty. The pictures online do not provide an accurate depiction of this house. The pool table is covered in stains, some of which may or may not be bodily fluids and at least four out of the six pockets were torn. The pool area was littered with pool toys and the pool itself was peeling up on the bottom. The furniture in the living room was noticeably stained. The kitchen counters and table had food particles on them and needed to be cleaned when we arrived. One of the two dishwashers was rusted with broken pieces throughout. Along the deck there are numerous nails protruding from the stairs. Two of the deck access door locks were broken with one being secured with a random picture that was jammed in the door.
The sad part is that this property could be great with a little upkeep and consideration for cleanliness. When I expressed my concerns to the company that owns the property, I was given and generic response with an email to send info to. I did that and have yet to receive a response. For the above reasons, I can not recommend this property. I can provide pictures if needed.
