Indulge in resort-style amenities at this newly remodeled 6BR/5BA duplex, located in the gated Springs of Arrowhead community. Your beautifully appointed getaway boasts 3,706 square feet of living space, including two living areas and a large private deck. Complimentary extras include the on-demand shuttle service to Arrowhead Village, as well as access to a shared pool and hot tub.( Pool/Hot Tub closed from 9/22-11/28)

Enjoy mountain activities at both Arrowhead Resort and Beaver Creek, explore downtown Avon or the Riverwalk at Edwards offering a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment -- both just 2.5 miles away.

LIVING AREAS

Lounge on a plush leather sofa and matching armchairs next to the gas fireplace. Watch a movie on the 65” flat-screen TV or step out to the large deck for a breath of fresh mountain air. Deck has a gas grill.

Unwind downstairs in the bonus living room equipped with a leather sofa, armchairs, and 65” flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up vacation meals in the completely remodeled kitchen, equipped with a quartz countertop, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for six.

An elegant antler chandelier hangs above the dining table set for eight.

BED & BATH

This duplex sleeps 18 guests between six bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa. Five full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

The private master suite has a king bed, seating area, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and direct access to the deck. The en-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.

The second bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a shared en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the third bedroom features a king bed, while the fourth bedroom has a king bed and seating area. Both upstairs bedrooms share access to an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower

The lower-level fifth bedroom provides a king bed, a separate nursery with a crib, and armchair, as well as access to a shared en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The adjacent sixth bedroom includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds with two twin trundles, 42” flat-screen TV with DVD player, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

Enjoy ultimate privacy on the large deck overlooking the beautifully maintained tree-lined property. Get sporty at the nearby tennis courts, soak in the hot tub (30’ away), or take the little ones to the shared playground area.

EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS

Parking is available for three vehicles in the driveway. A washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and bicycles are provided. Kid-friendly extras include a crib, high chair, games, and books.

Dial A Ride (on demand complimentary shuttle) takes you to the Arrowhead Village with access to the ski lift from Arrowhead Resort into Beaver Creek. There is also a shuttle every 15 minutes during ski season to the base of Beaver Creek.

LOCATION

Utilize the shuttle and enjoy mountain activities at both Arrowhead Resort and Beaver Creek. Explore the Riverwalk at Edwards with a plethora of dining, shops, and entertainment or check out downtown Avon -- both located approximately 2.5 miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved the house. It was perfect for our family.
The property was clean, all the rooms were good sized and the bathrooms were good sized. The heated garage was a nice bonus. One of our favorites was the excellent transportation system on village connect. Our only complaint was the lack of pickup of the recycle bin. It was never picked up during our stay. Lots of space for our kids. And everyone had a blast. When we come back we will stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot
Loved the house. Have been coming to ski the past few years and this was our favorite house we have stayed in. We already booked it again for next year. House was nicer and felt bigger than the pictures showed which is normally not the case, very modern, clean, and a perfect set up for a family. Check in and out went very smoothly. The shuttle included with the stay to call to take you to the ski lifts always came within 5 minutes so made it very convenient for everyone to go to and from the slopes. Made for a great family vacation. The only thing that was a little frustrating was the local hot tub that was a part of our area to use had a heater that was not working. I did reach out to the management company and they were unable to send anyone out to come fix it because it was not on our own houses property. I was told they contacted the HOI association to come fix it, but it was a holiday weekend, so it never got fixed and we were unable to hot tub which was frustrating after skiing but appeared not to be the owners fault as I was told the HOI association was in charge of maintenance on it. Hoping the hot tub works next year but look forward to staying at the house again!

Home is very nice, management company not helpful
The home is nice, location is great. There were a few small complaints in home, uncomfortable pillows, toilet seats that were broken, but overall it was just like photos. Owner should change management company. There were no instructions on site for operating systems (including code to adjust heat downstairs which meant bunk room was freezing for 3 nights of our stay), no one ever cleared ice from the driveway despite a request on day one which was not safe or ideal especially for my elderly parents, and there was a very delayed response to numerous phone calls made to company, no direct contact so that was very frustrating. We have stayed within a .5mi radius for 14 years and this home was the most expensive one we have stayed in, with the worst management which would prevent us from renting there again.

Place was nice, clean and easy to access. Fit a family 15 people perfectly. Plenty of space Location was perfect. Only issues.. Dryer needs to be fixed. Pretty sure vent is clogged and not properly attached. Took hours to dry something that should only take 30min and it kept auto shutting off.

Amazing Home
Our family just wrapped up an amazing trip to Beaver Creek. This home was incredible. Finding this gem with five king size bedrooms was a highlight! The house was big enough to handle all 9 of us without feeling crowded. The incredible decor is matched by the stellar windows. We had a small issue the first night and the staff handled it expeditiously. If I have to critique anything, it would be the following: It would have been nice to have a garage code to avoid having to go back in, close the garage and then back out to lock the front door. Secondly, the kitchen is amazing and well stocked. Without a pantry or any cabinet space to put food, we were forced to put 5 days of food, for 9 people, on the counter. It made prep and cooking tough. Did it ruin my trip? Absolutely not. Are we glad we went there? Yes! We will defiantly be back.

Our group of 8 women gathered here for a knitting getaway. We have been knitting as a group for over 20 years! This house was perfect for us and the accommodations were excellent! The kitchen was fully stocked with every day equipment and the house was immaculate. We walked daily in the gorgeous neighborhood and gathered outside to knit and talk on the deck. Edwards is just a short drive and has great restaurants and boutiques and a awesome yarn store! All of us were so sad to have to leave our cozy gathering place. We all highly recommend this home for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

Great house for 24th Family Vacation
House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and plenty of room for 13 of us. TV was a little difficult to operate but our teenagers figured it out. Communication with Turnkey was easy and painless too.

Home needs deep cleaning!
Overall cleanliness of the property was very disappointing. Living room rug was pulled up against the wall. We had to move the furniture and center the rug so that it wasn’t against the wall. No Kleenex and washing machine detergent. Cable TV in the living room never worked even after several inquiries. Kind of surprised that there was only one bedroom with a TV. Turn Key, the property manager is horrible. No inspection process of the property at all before arriving. The home was very dirty...deck and grill were very dirty. Deck needs to be power washed and grill replaced! You get a canned response from Turn Key when expressing concerns but no action. It’s disappointing because the property could be very nice with a deep cleaning.

Location is fine
The pictures accurately represent the property and the arrowhead property owner bus system to the lift was great. Turnkey management who was my only interface with the property was less than acceptable. I vow to never rent a home from a management company again. Every contact is a lawyer drafted email. The welcome email contained a phone number to call if problems, the phone number referred you to the app, the app contained the same lawyer crafted instructions the email contained. Is that fun after you've waited 2 hours parked at the house until the 4:00 p.m. official arrival time only to have trouble getting the door to unlock? Also, ask the cleaning people to vacuum the throw rugs once in awhile. The bathrooms, kitchen, towels, and hardwood floors were all clean. The throw rugs were not.

Great location for a ski stay!
Our group had a great time here for our ski trip! Really easy to catch the shuttle to the neighborhood lift and a hot tub is right next door for post-ski sore muscle relief. The interior was great, clean and a mostly fully stocked kitchen. Would absolutely stay here again! Only negative was the fireplace didn't work.

We had an amazing stay with our big family. The place is spacious and lots of room to spread and and enjoy. The kitchen is so nice and every bedroom and bath are very spacious. We loved the baby room since we had our adorable 16 month old grand daughter. The shuttle picked us up right in front of the house to go ski. We will for sure be back!.

Disappointed in the cleanliness of this property
The cleanliness of this property was not at all what we expected for the price we paid per night to stay here. There was hair in the shower drains in half of the bathrooms. The dining room table leg was broken...it actually fell while my nephew was sitting there and he hurt his foot. It was clearly broken before we ever got there because we found screws on the floor but we didn't know where they came from until the table broke (another example of how the place was cleaned prior to us arriving). The bathroom towels looked more like rags that we would use to clean our car than a bath towel. There were large white bleach stains on the majority of them and they were frayed. Not exactly what you want to use to dry yourself off. Overall the cleaning on the property was awful. The fees that we paid to rent this place are clearly not being used for maintenance and cleaning. I've rented 4 rental houses this summer alone and none of them were kept in such poor condition and all were either cheaper or comparable in price to this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
