• Bidet in the toilet and a water heater in the shower.

• Traveler must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. You will pass ID verification upon your arrival at the property.
• Please note there is a $2 per person usage fee for the pool.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots
• No smoking and cooking of food with strong smells. In the event that you need to cook, please open the windows and turn the range hood exhaust.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties are not allowed.
