This restyled, semi-detached holiday home is located in the expansive Ferienresort Bad Bentheim holiday park. It's not far from the Dutch/German border, 20 km south of Nordhorn.

The holiday home is fully and comfortably furnished and consists of two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room featuring a TV with streaming functions. This allows you to stream apps from your tablet or phone to the TV via your own accounts. There is also an open plan kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. The two double bedrooms have the bonus of an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is a separate toilet in the hall. On the first floor, there are five more double bedrooms and two bathrooms – one with a bath and the other with a walk-in shower and a traditional sauna. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. All beds are single but can be arranged as double beds. There is a TV in one bedroom. A storage room with washing machine and dryer makes it complete. The holiday home is child-friendly. The garden is completely fenced and there is a stair gate on the landing.

Outside, there is a lovely garden with a terrace and garden furniture, including five sun loungers. There is parking for four cars at the holiday home.
