Check in is 4:00, not three o'clock
Third party booking says check in is 3:00, the hotel says that it is 4:00. Many of us guests waited around from 3 to 4 when magically all rooms were ready for check in. Hotel is okay, expected a bit more for the price though.

Tout était parfait ou presque....
La chambre était confortable et grande. Le souper au restaurant de l'hôtel sur la terrasse était excellent. Le seul bémol revient à la propreté du couvre-lit (il y avait une tache de sang séché et un spot jaune inconnu) mais les draps et oreillers étaient très propres. La céramique autour de la baignoire était défraîchie. La situation géographique de l'hôtel est parfait !

Tous les gens du personnel à qui nous avons parlé (à la réception, au bar, au restaurant, dans les corridors,...) étaient tous (sans exception) vraiment super attentionnés, respectueux et gentils. Vraiment un gros bravo à tout le personnel !!! Je suis natif de la Côte-Nord et j'ai grandi à Port-Cartier. J'étais avec ma conjointe Montréalaise... et elle était impressionnée par la gentillesse du personnel. Je lui ai dit, c'est sa "ma" Côte-Nord". Vous m'avez fait honneur !!! :-)
