A Wonderful Experience – Thank You, Passage Hotel! Passage Hotel completely captivated us with its hospitality and high-quality service! From the moment we arrived, the staff's friendly and attentive approach made us feel right at home. The rooms were incredibly clean, tastefully designed, and every detail was carefully thought out. The comfortable beds, stunning view, and well-equipped amenities provided us with a perfect sense of relaxation. The breakfast was particularly noteworthy – fresh and delicious options, an elegant presentation, and special attention to guests truly impressed us. The hotel's location was also very convenient – being close to the city's main attractions was a great advantage for us. Additionally, the hotel's interior and overall ambiance were incredibly stylish and relaxing. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Staff are slow to respond, they try to force you into an upgrade to pay more, we had to wait 24 hours to receive towels, facilities old, staff dont make you feel welcome or greet you. We stayed with a baby and they put us on 4th floor with no elevator access so nighgmare with a baby stroller. Do Not Stay Here.

A comfortable and spacious hotel situated only a couple of minutes walk from Fountain Square and the Old City. This is a family friendly hotel. Our room was very spacious and we were accommodated with a cot and baby chair for breakfast.

This is a nice hotel close to all the main sightseeing points and tourist attractions, also very close to a lot of great restaurants and Old City. We prefer rooms with antique style and it was the only place we could find. Hotel's staff was super-sweet, we want to especially mention Tahir who was so helpful and nice, helped us with everything and took a great care of all guests. Thanks a lot, we enjoyed our stay.

My stay was good overall. The location 10/10 Service and team 9/10 Breakfast 8/10 Overall 8/10 Value for money (based on prices I have paid 8/10). Noise from other rooms was the only bad thing I faced during my stay, another issue was the parking for the car which is not avaible as indicated.
