Basement studio apartment in quiet neighborhood with private entrance. Near multiple hospitals, urgent care, shopping center, and highway. Queen-sized bed with couch, private full bathroom. Kitchenette w/mini fridge, microwave, air fryer, keurig, toaster oven, crock pot, utensils, pots & pans, cups, plates, and silverware. Utility sink with collapsible sink inside (can show you what that is and how it works). You're more than welcome to use the common area kitchen on the main floor. Plenty of storage shelves and a closet. Towels/washcloths, Iron, and hair dryer provided. Shared washer and dryer, however it is separate from tenants room. Host will be able to gain access without invading privacy. Hosts access will be discussed prior to entry. Street parking and 1 designated spot in the back of the house for easy access to your private entrance.

Utilities (electric/water) and wifi included.
