As soon as I exited the elevator, the hallway smelled like someone cooking beef & onions. This offended me because I’m a pescatarian. I entered my room and was greeted by the unpleasant odor of a dog. To top it off…I was awakened in the middle of the night be a stink bug crawling on my arm. If I had not been so tired, I would have checked out in the wee hours of the morning.

I reported to a worker at the front desk, there was a roach crawling in the kitchen area of my room in which I killed it. In the bathroom, the shower head could not adjust. It looked like someone tapped it up but it was still leaking. If your sitting on the toilet you actually have to move your legs to close the bathroom door.

Get what you pay for. I knew that and was tolerate of the noise from doors opening in hallway and noise from adjacent rooms. ( I wear earplugs at night) I would not stay here if they had carpet in the rooms, instead they have vinyl flooring but when I got into the shower, the water at my feet was dark gray !!! Meaning that the vinyl floor really needed a good mopping with clean water and a clean mop. I was bummed by this dirtiness. The bed sheets & towels were clean. The Continental Breakfast is only Oatmeal packets that you add hot water, mini-muffens , Nutra-grain bars and "Light" Coffee which I interpretted as they must add more water to the coffee mix. It had a weak Coffee taste. Again I knew what I was getting. into staying here. The fire alarm for the buiding went off at 7:40pm and was not turned off ( false alarm) for about 20 mins. Guest gathered in the parking lot with little information from management to understand the situation. It happens. Otherwise, AC & shower worked, water was hot , and the bed ,while firm , was okay for the two nights there while my own home's interior was being painted over the weekend.

My stay was horrible. Didn’t get the accommodations I requested. Was shocked to receive handicap room after having reserved a double room and when I made the reservation it indicated there were four rooms remaining. When I checked in and went to room my wife and I wondered why bed was almost to the floor. Not once did the attendant indicated that was the room was booked when I told her there was no way I could get on that bed because I would not be able to get up. Yet when I arrived I later learned they were overbooked!! However this was not revealed until next day when attendant tried to convey what manager had said. I was concerned when it was not even mentioned that our room was for handicap room. I was led to believe booking a room for another would be comped by the person when I checked out once talked to manager. Next morning new person told us to book another room because we were leaving at 9:30 next day for church and we couldn’t return until late in the evening to resolve the matter. I left phone number to be called but received no call. We were surprised when we returned the lady at the desk acted like she didn’t remember us from previous night. She tried to tell us we had booked a handicap room the night before. Ironically a gentleman in front of us expressed he couldn’t stay there due to the conditions of the hotel and poor service from attendant. Another patron mentioned dissatisfaction with same attendant.and with particular location

Arrived here and to my surprise discovered this place is a shelter! The rooms are filthy, smelly, dark and dreary. The other hotel patrons and surrounding area is sketchy. The front desk staff (aside from management) is ghetto. No common area amenities aside from "breakfast" which, according to staff, is supposedly grab and go bars and juice pouches from an end table near the entrance. I checked in and checked out of the property within 15 minutes of each other. Would not recommend, do not stay here.

Before I begin, I want to say my wife does NOT complain at all, even under circumstances where others complain. I booked a room for my wife and daughter for a necessary travel. Unfortunately, my wife has had a serious complaint. She complained that the room was smelly. There were bugs crawling on the floor. There were trash everywhere. The room had smokey smell in the room and the hallway. Again, my wife does not complain, and she said "This is a very low grade hotel; it's worse than the worst Motel 6 I've ever stayed when she was very young. We will never book Extended Stay again." I've never heard a strong complaint from my spouse in 25 years.
