The Only Thing I would say is that the Picture of the harbor isn’t Accurate. There’s no view to the Harbor but It’s a Great Comfy hotel

Upon check in, until I asked, the staff didn’t notify me that the restaurant could only serve salad because cooking equipment was broken after we already paid the incidental amount. We were traveling with kids and chose the hotel, in part, bc of the onsite restaurant. Later when I attempted to take my kids to the pool, we were told we need a special key and can only use the pool, which was dirty (eg chunks of hair floating around the pool) on a reservation basis. The elevator had a terrible spill that lasted through the night into the morning. For breakfast, they served stale and molded wheat bread. We were not looking for 5 star accommodations but even 2 stars would have been a reach. Website should be clear about what to expect at the property, especially if the restaurant is basically unable to provide most of the food items on the menu.

Donald was great he made sure my first time in Baltimore was worth it. I had an amazing view looking over downtown. The room was very clean and spacious. He gave some me local spots that was close by I could try which was really good. When I come back I’ll most definitely book again!!!

I stayed two nights the room was good, there was some cuts to the couch but other than that no complains. Honestly what made the stat awesome is the receptionist Matila ( please forgive me if said the name wrong) i know she works the night shift. She went above and beyond. Very professional, helpful and kind. I really appreciate her for making our stay as comfy as possible.
