The lobby was fairly clean but the actual room left a lot to be desired. Refrigerator did not work. I had leftovers (expensive seafood) go bad because the refrigerator went out and the person who handled that had already left for the day....no kleenex readily available.without going to the front desk..no trash bags without a trip to the front desk...room was super noisy all night long. For me Hyatt has always been a trusted name...NOT THIS TIME!

It’s So So

I stay here often because it gives a very homie vibe but recently my last stay wasn’t so pleasant. The hotel needs a major upgrade. There is no smart tvs and if you want to watch a movie it’s $24.99 which is ridiculous. The elevators are always broke. You have to get to breakfast as soon as they open at 7 or there will be no food left. There is always a musty funky smell in hallways. The carpet needs to be pulled up and reapplied. The staff is polite I will give them that. They take FOREVER to give you your deposit back also.

The staff was really nice. However, this was the second worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was old. Carpet stained throughout, wall paper peeling off, air conditioner falling apart making a loud noise. Refrigerator went out in room. Only one elevator was working. Never again!!!
