To the front of the property is a private gated garden and patio with table and chairs and charcoal barbecue available for the guests use. From there you walk along wonderful sandy beaches for as far as your legs can carry you! There are lots of historic and family orientated things to do in the area. Puffin Cottage is just one mile from Bamburgh village which has pubs, restaurants and a few small shops. Seahouses is about 4 miles away and has wider choice of shops and amenities. A car is very useful to make the most of this location although there are buses that operate up and down the coast with a bus stop about 40 yards from the front door. Beach 550 yards.
