Fabulous beach views / sunsets.
The home was generally comfortable and well appointed. The carpets show evidence of pet accidents. The stairs are steep and many as the home is on pilings. Not recommended for the physically challenged. Better t.P. Would be appreciated. A gorgeous location with one of the cleanest beaches i have seen. We had a great stay and hope to return.

Wonderful location!
The location of this property is superb…walking distance from all the stacks on the Bandon beach. Low tide beach and ocean floor walking is beyond thrilling. Exceptional location. The unit itself could use some TLC. Sparse furniture and many walls without pictures. A lot could be done to improve this unit so I would only give it a “it gets you by” grade. But as they say with real estate, location location location…and this place certainly has that!

Beautiful view, big space
My husband and I stayed with pur friends and their 2 kids. We loved the size of the house and the main bedroom/suite was perfect for our friends kids. The wrap around porch is awesome and of course we loved the view.

Great location but that’s about it
The house is right on the beach, views are great. The house is pretty beat up and out of date. It was not throughly cleaned- microwave was caked with crud, cabinets not wiped off, dead bugs on the window sills, bathroom cabinets not clean. Carpets are stained and dirty. We called Vacasa and asked for a local representative to contact us. They said someone would call-NO CALL BACK. M NO RESPONSE FROM TEXT Bandon is a great place to visit but this house is really disappointing

Beautiful views from deck, living room and bedroom. House has nice furnishings. It is on the beach but it is a bit walk to the ocean (wide beach). Must climb steps to get to house, an issue for my elderly mother. Close to town in a nice neighborhood.

VIEWS overwhelm
The VIEW and easy access to beach are the best things about this property. Clean and minimal interior. Comfortable beds! Could use some updates but everything - except the dishwasher - was functional. We really enjoyed our short stay and will gladly try for a week next time.

That view!!!
This house was truly ocean front and such easy access to the beach. My dog ran and ran for hours. The view when you wake up is so amazing. It was comfortable and clean. Very quiet location. We will book again.

Fantastic Views/Location Easy to find/access, great neighborhood. Minimalist furnishings. House needs some TLC. Lots of dog hair (not terribly surprising given up to 4dogs allowed) especially on the futon. Grimy finger printed windows and TV screen. Twin beds were in need of decent mattresses and tightening up the wiggly frames. Heater in master bath not working.

Views are great
This property has great views and easy access to the beach. Downsides are the oven did not work. We knew the dishwasher didn’t work. My husband and I stayed in the twin beds very uncomfortable. The master bed was very firm. The stairs walking up to the house were definitely needing some attention in some areas.

The house was clean, light, well stocked and nicely decorated, and could use a little tlc. but the location and views more than made up for it. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Steps from the beach
The house could not be closer to the beach or have a better view. We loved those features of the home. The home is very dated, with a small old oven, a very old burner stove, and a dishwasher that did not work. Many of the blinds were broken and could not be used. The home was clean, and the layout was perfect for our family. We did have a toilet issue during our stay. Maintenance came out right away and fixed the problem. We did feel for the prince we paid for the week to stay that many of these issues should have been addresses.

Ome of the worst experiences ive had with a rental
Property was occupied at check in. It was not fully cleaned (hair on couches and beds, trash on counters, cleaning supplies left out, porcj and chairs covered in bird droppings) Property was in a sad state of disrepair.(several missing blinds, construction materials on floor and shelfs in bedroom closet, 1 closet door laying on floor and another hanging loose from hinges, garage door broken and off hinges, kitchen sink sprays water out aides of nozzle.)

Great views, primo location, so-so ammenities.
Three friends and I visited Bandon for the Labyrinth walk. The location and the views from this house are perfect. The supplies were a little short (no coffee, no additional spices, couldn't find extra pillowcases for the futon, etc.) The dishwasher was broken. The furniture was lackluster -sorry-, but a house this swell should be better outfitted. I saved a picture of the blender, it was straight up 1978. The house is all about the view (even though one window had a blown seal) and location. Everything else is just so-so.

It's all about the location
This house is 30+ years old, pretty run down, and could use some TLC and upgrades, but it's comfortable enough and the location overrides the issues with the age. The layout worked out perfectly for two couples. We each had our own bedroom/bathroom at opposite ends of the house giving us the privacy we wanted and a huge common area in the middle with a living room, kitchen, and dining area.

solid beach house
Great beach house right on the water. The location is perfect if you are looking for a more private beach location. As other reviews noted, the house is a bit older but if you know that going in, it is still worth it for the location. Gave 4 stars since there is no AC in the house and the windows don’t have screens, so it can get hot at night
