I found it to be perfect for a 3 day trip to Banff. It was clean, staff were friendly, the only thing I would say is that I don't think that there was a microwave in our suite which is minor. It is a great budget option for folks looking to visit Banff.

Location of the Hotel is very good if you want to roam around in the Banff downtown. All restaurants and bars are near by at walkable distance. Hotel itself is good and staff is helpful. Free parking with stay is a plus.
