Nice hotel in the heart of Banff. Clean, cozy, smells of firewood when you walk in. Easy and free parking, staff were lovely. Nice hot tubs on rooftop making for beautiful views. We stayed in a main floor room and it was a bit noisy as there were trucks parked outside our room. Fridge in room, lemongrass smelling Rocky Mountain soap products and loads of towels in bathroom. Would stay there again but ask for a higher floor.

Great Stay with or without kids. Solid pool and hot tub, great service, clean room and a 2-5 min walk to the heart of downtown. While just being away from all the noise at night. You can’t ask for more. Will stay again without hesitation.

We really enjoyed the hot pools on the rooftop. They also have a wood fireplace in lobby that is on all the time, so after walking Banff ace you can come in and warm up by the fireplace. Would absolutely book again in the future. The underground parking is also awesome.

Love the rooftop area with hot tubs, sitting area and firepit. Other than that and the convenience of the location, the price to stay really isn't justified. Rooftop area requires some much needed attention to maintenance including tiles coming off the ground and the sauna door not closing properly. There are many equal and extremely close to equal quality in rooms, amenities, and walkability at other hotels in Banff for half the price.
