Location of the hotel is excellent. A leisure 7 mins walk to the Asok BTS station. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when we return to bangkok.

Arte Hotel was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool was beautiful with an awesome view of Bangkok skyline. The hotel is a stone's throw away from Terminal 21 mall and BTS. The area is not too busy and you can safely walk at night with kids. We love Bangkok and our stay in Arte Hotel made it more special.

I check in at early evening and was given 1st floor. Though I asked for change of room due to noise, hotel rejected and ask me to make change the next day. Construction was just next to my room and the worker can easily see through the window. Other than this, everything was ok.

Pros: Good location - shopping (very close to Terminal 21 mall EMSPHERE only 15 mins walk away, restaurants, massages, MRT & BTS public transport Nice decor - inside the room & lobby Friendly staff - as stated Roof pool bar - a nice touch Powerful Aircon - very strong Cons: *** Sound proofing needs improving - could hear other guests leave the elevator from our room; was quite noticeable Bed - Average bed with lumpy pillows Cost of facilities - laundry was insanely priced ($2 to wash 1x pair of socks) and taxis were 4x the price of grab (1,600 THB to Don Mueang airport, when Grab was 450 THB) Low quality fridge in room - not cold enough to safely store milk drinks inside Summary: A good price for a nice hotel in a great location, that could easily be truly excellent with some simple and affordable upgrades

The hotel is old and in need of a major refurbish. Especially for the price I paid! My room had a bad smell of mold in the air. It was disgusting! I also found tiny jumping bugs in my room. They weren't fleas cos they squished too easy. The staff, however, were fantastic! I didn't have the heart to tell them their hotel sucks... Would I stay there again or recommend it to friends? Nooooooo.....

Strategic Place!

Great location as its nearby terminal 21 and the bts station (Asok) which makes it easier to travel around bangkok. Its also convenient as theres many restaurants/cafes nearby.
