Nobody bad to say about the staff but the temperature of the water is never constant, it goes from very hot to cold very quickly. There are some cab drivers and sellers of watches who are annoying passers-by at any time of the day. There are also hookers in the area but the hookers are far less annoying than the cab drivers and sellers of watches.

Amazing Hotel
Loved everything about this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was excellent size for 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast for good and room service did a great job. The hotel is in a great location and a short walk to Nana BTS.

CHIC GOOD VALUE HOTEL IN A VIBRANT LOCATION
A good central very busy and bustling location close to public transport, shopping and nightlife and of course tons of eateries. Hotel is modern, well maintained and rooms are comfortable and chic and overall value for money. Smart TV needs to be expanded - Youtube is not enough. Breakfast is decent, pool is nice and offers scenic views of the surrounding area - service is generally friendly and efficient - service at pool area and restaurant (Thai me up)during the day needs more attention and a little slack at times. I do however recommend this Hotel and had an enjoyable stay.

The location of this property is good.. Have a variety of restaurants, takeaway food and bars close by and the shopping malls like Terminal 21 are a short walk away or easily traveled to by the BTS which is a short walk from the hotel.. Overall was a pleasant stay

The gym and the pool are nice, but the rooms have a very damp smell. There is AC but the building must be old, because the smell wouldn’t go away. The overall cleanliness of the rooms wasn’t great either. It is pretty central tho and you can hop on the train easily

Wonderful Service.
Really enjoyed my stay at Eleven Hotel. All the staff were wonderfully friendly and professional. The room was clean and well appointed, the bed in the Executive room was the biggest I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast area was lovely and the food selection was good.
