Great potential bu needs URGENT RENOVATION
The hotel has great structure but urgently needs renovation. Some rooms have a musty smell, the TVs are old and poorly maintained, the furniture is quite worn, and the lighting in the rooms and bathrooms is dim. On the positive side, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is exceptional, and the pool area is excellent, ensuring enjoyable leisure moments.

Terrific location,easy to get around,many options to eat,plenty of taxis available.Only one disappointing aspect was there was no "pool" monitor keeping track of those people who choose to reserve seats at the pool the go out shopping/lunch for 2 hours plus,this is extremely frustrating when you know chairs have not been sat in for 2 plus hours.

Choose another hotel for your family.
We stayed at Rembrandt for four nights and would definitely have chosen another hotel if we could. The hotel may have been great back in the day but now it’s in a sad state with dated facilities and general areas. It seems like a remodel is ongoing but you have no way of knowing if you’ll get a room with a facelift or one from the eighties. In our first room it was clear black mold had been painted over in the bathroom. We were offered another which was slightly better. The changing room by the pool should be closed since parts of the roof have collapsed due to moisture damage and mold.
