We stayed only one night but it was superb. The moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The kingsized be was very comfortable. The breakfast had everything and more - such a choice. It was a lovely experience and the staff could not have treated us better. We are now in Phuket but will be returning for one more night at the end of our holiday on the 8th of February, We would be thrilled if stay we were lucky enough to stay in the same room number 1520 - it was perfection and had great views. Thank you very much.

Property and staff great. But Rembrandt is a global brand, so I'll be hush and1star off for each of these, as they are easily fixable and that make whole experience inexcusable. 1st, not enough space to unpack hangables and rollables, for single guy with small suitcase! Rembrandt manager so should ckeck in with wife, look at the closet, and ask how to improve shelf space so don't have to live out of suitcase for a week. 2nd, bathtub is half open, so during shower water just flow around the top and spill down to floor. Who likes to step into poodle of water from shower? Few dollars for a stick on shower water dam from Amazon and problem solved. It's has no hard edge so no danger of trip and cut. 3rd, waited 40min to check out. Was behind a group of check ins, that after all the trouble had to wait for rooms to be ready. How about a check out sign during noon peak hours to prioritize outs before ins? Sure hope hotel managers see this and take action. Afterall it's the small things that separate the goods from the greats. Have a return trip to Bangkok soon. So Rembrandt again?

The location is good, close to public transportation and shopping, the staff is very friendly, helpful and competent. The premier rooms are modern and comfortable. There should be more wardrobe space. The TV is smart. The pool is fine, but laking capasity. Breakfast is good with good verity and enogh space.

Hotel was very good value for the money. Located near the BTS & conveniently between Phrom Phong & Asoke, very walkable & nicer quieter street. Room sizes are good, but the place is dated & could greatly use updates. Hotel staff were very helpful & efficient, especially Din who was part of the lobby staff & great at helping arrange our departure during a very busy time in the lobby.

The property would have been one of the best in town back in the 80’s. It’s ok for the price but the rooms are old and tired. The beds are comfortable and the staff are helpful and friendly

A well-located reasonably priced big hotel. My room was large and comfortable if a little dated. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Peak time at breakfast was a little crowded.
