very nice hotel

The hotel was very nicely furnished, using high-quality materials and is a long-term stay type of accommodation. It is conveniently located, being close to shops and restaurants. A minor detail: the motorcycles on the street in front of hotel can be heard at night, as the room was facing the street.

While the property initself was good, the limited breakfast option was disappointing. Staff were courteous when they wanted to be. Would I stay again - I think there are cheaper and better options available which I would consider next time around. Having said that, no complaints with the property itself.

A very comfortable stay at Rongratana

Our stay at Rongratana was a family trip. All of us found our suites & studio room very nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. The staff is very polite and very helpful. We will surely recommend Rongratana to other friends, and I will surely stay here again in future.

The location of Rongratana cannot be beat. The property is a reasonable walk to many of Bangkok's premier shopping centre's. The rooms are spacious and represent a good value for money. The Hen and Egg restaurant located on site is an excellent choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Hotel reception staff were polite, courteous and helpful. Housekeeping is excellent as my room was spotless.

Lovely and comfortable stay. We had problems with our door and got locked out of the room. Not ideal when you have kids and they need to go to bed. Staff did what they could to get it sorted. Found the chap on the front desk in the day time lacking in friendliness.

Good for family

2 bedrooms with a small kitchen is perfect for a family. The location is great, but as the hotel is a really small one, most taxi drivers do not know how to get there, thus it will be good to give him the address instead of the hotel name. Furnitures in the room are obviously quite old, with stains on the sofa covers.

Clean, comfortable and classy hotel

Almost 1,000 sq foot 2 bedroom suite that felt like home. Location is near all the high-end malls. Street was not traffic compared to other streets. Staff was super friendly. Tons of massage/spa around and a nice Starbucks as well. Overall good experience.
