The worst stay ever in a place,the staff were rude,no housekeeping no breakfast,no food,no drinking water,there was just a room thats it.no service at all,even no one help to put the luggage.i stay for 2 nights but paid for 3 nights.

Everything looks second hand...towels were over used....bedsheet and pillow case had stains...mattress hard as cardboard...small toilet sink no place for toothbrush.... Noisy from neighbor tenants closing opening of doors. Dusty...mosquitoes in room. Aircon leaks water.... However, it's near bts.

Nice and quiet hotell

Very small but nice hotell, away from the noise and quite easy access from the BTS. The rooms are clean and large, and they contain the neccessary equipments. I think the service was nice and they were also quite helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

Great value

Conveniently located for Phra Khanong BTS station, otherwise facilities in the immediate area are a little lacking. That said the hotel is excellent value and nothing is too far away once your on the public transport system.

Clean, convenient, comfortable, spacious

Had a pleasant stay and the price is so reasonable. The unit was so comfortable and it has an actual decent size fridge! Not a mini one. So convenient to store beveragea and fruits. Front desk is 24-7 which is convinient. I am so happy i found this place.

A cozy budget hotel

It’s a clean and new furnished hotel. Since it is a small hotel, it is quiet and warm-feeling during my stay. The location is close to 2 BTS stations and bus terminal is at 10 mins walking distance.

Clean rooms and convenient location

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with my family. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The cozy hotel is new furbished and clean. It’s near sky train station and close to bus terminal. The location is convenient for tourists if you plan to visit other cities by minivans or coaches. Highly recommended for everyone!

Everything worked out well. Really good value. I personally didn’t mind the lack of an elevator, but if you have a lot of luggage and don’t feel fit enough, it is s (small) challenge to go up and down.

Cosy, clean, comfortable, convenient.

I was well rested during my 3 nights stay. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Wifi system was reliable. Hotel should try to install english channels.
