We was really let down it was okay at first then we went to the pool and there was people around the pool touching each other inappropriate and showing each other there private parts and there was kids in the pool was not good and then we went back to the room at 3 in the afternoon and the room was still not cleaned no toilet role so had to ask to be cleaned the room was cleaned then there was white stains all over the bed covers we tried to say we wasn’t happy nothing really happened they couldn’t do anything worse hotel I stayed in Thailand

Beautiful rooms with glass windows overlooking Bangkok and large sizes/sq ft. Only small issue is the pool doesn’t get the sun until 2pm (we visited in December) so you won’t use it much. Right next to the skywalk and great restaurants so epic location. Nothing much to fault apart from the lack of sun on the pool! Highly recommend, Would definitely stay there again if we came back to Bangkok.

From the time that you arrive, until the time you leave, the staff is always attentive to your needs and very friendly. Breakfast is served on an open terrace that gives the an ambience of peaceful nature within the bustling city, and the food is always fresh and delicious: especially the fruit!

Stay here if you want a great bkk vacation!
The Standard Bangkok is just a destination by itself for design fans. Every corner and space are well decked out and creates the perfect photo moment. So many instagrammable spots. But the greatest asset of the hotel is the warm, extremely helpful staff that adds that memorable experience to your stay. The front desk staff helped me get a great room after a leaky shower head got me off the first one. Beds are comfy. Room space is well thought out and the bathrooms are so uniquely pretty with terracotta colour themed. Love! As the hotel is within mahanakhon tower, they offer complimentary visit to Sky beach bar perched 78 levels up. Super good view at night and music and drinks were beyond awesome. Food in hotel is interesting, with ala Carte breakfast which is super delish. Disliked typical buffet style breakfast so this works out great. Japanese matcha sauce red bean pancakes is my fav! Room service even for a club sandwich has a bit of unexpected twist, I was impressed. The BTS station Chong Nonsi is just literally in front of the hotel so getting around is no issues. There are many great massage places nearby such as Yunomori so night time massages before sleep was perfect. The hotel is truly made for vacation travellers, design, music, food and people in perfect union. Stay there if you want to have a great vacation! Will be back!

Great hotel in a good location
We loved staying in this hotel. Good location, modern and new hotel, and it comes with tickets to the Sky Tray walk at the tourist venue at the top of the building as well. Daily happy hour is a nice add on as well. Breakfast was the only thing that could benefit from some more varietyand options.

The Toto washlet/bidet was awesome. The power blinds and curtains, loved them. The grout in the bathroom could use more cleaning. The breakfast is alright, didn’t wow us. Everything else is great. The staff was fantastic, a five out of five!!!!!
