Explore Echota Resort's 25-acre riverside park hiking trails or splash year-round at the enormous indoor pool and hot tub beneath a vaulted ceiling with skylights. Head outside to the mountain view pool with a rock waterfall feature in the summer. Get active on the bocce/croquet court or one of the fitness centers and then relax at one of the TV lounges or relax on one of the patios with a book from a library. Gamers can head to the on-site arcade or shoot some pool.

And when the snow is falling, shred powder on the slopes of Sugar Mountain, just eight miles away, or visit Beech Mountain Ski Resort, just over 15 miles northeast.
