On the ground floor, you will find an open kitchen with an adjoining dining room and living room. In the living room, there is a large smart TV with a standard cable package and the option to stream from popular platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and more.

Next to the kitchen, you will find a convenient toilet room.

At the front of the house, there is a spacious entrance with two comfortable chairs, an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a good book.
