Located just next to El Palau de la Música, the concert hall often described as one of the most beautiful in the world, this remodeled and refurbished apartment in the medieval area known as El Borne in Barcelona center is bound to keep you right at the heart of the action.
This apartment maintains many original features including high ceilings, hardwood and ceramic tile floor finishes and open plan living space. It has 4 double bedrooms, one of them is a duplex with living area, and another has direct access to the terrace. With 4 bathrooms, it is ideal spot for families and big groups. There is a large private terrace with dining area.
The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Includes towels, bed linens, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen has all the utensils for a quotidian use. You will also find a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. There is Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment.
Even though the apartment is close to the central square Plaça Catalunya, Plaça Urquinaona and Via Laietana, the neighbourhood is relatively tranquil and residential. The streets are lined with medieval buildings which maintain their original façade. The nearby chic Rambla del Born and small side streets just off it are lined unique shops and boutiques, galleries, and small cafes and bars… plenty to explore!
Born is the part of the city which has witnessed resurgence over the years. It is now a chic district with good shopping and many small charming restaurants and lounge bars. The apartment is close to the Cathedral Santa Maria del Mar, Picasso Museum and the Santa Caterina market.
The closest metro station is Jaume I and the apartment is also well situated for bus and taxi services. Take the opportunity to really get a feel of Barcelona lifestyle by choosing this great apartment for your stay.

Loud noise after 10 p.m. and general acts of disrespect will not be tolerated as well as complaints. Parties of any nature are strictly prohibited.
The non-fulfillment of any of these norms may result in penalties from extra charges of 84€ to the immediate expulsion of the clients from the apartment without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation.
The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Only families and groups of people 30 years old are accepted.

Public parking available on request for 27.50€ per night.
