The apartment of 50m2 is located in a quiet family residential area 5min from the beach and near at supermarkets and restaurants, pharmacy and shops, in addition to the train station to reach the center of Barcelona in 30min. A train each 5 min from 5 am until midnight. It is located on the third floor without elevator and has a bright and fresh balcony. The two rooms consist of a double bed and a bunk bed for two people. The bathroom has a shower, the kitchen is fully equipped, winter heating, fans, good internet connection and private parking in the building. There is also a recreation area with table tennis and playgrounds nearby. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 0.90 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
