Well-equipped gem in El Born
Conveniently located in El Born across from the historical market/archaeological museum (Born Center of Culture and Memory). Walking distance to so many museums, parks and zoo. Despite being in an active nightlife area, the apartment was super quiet when windows closed. Apartment has all you need (including washer/dryer, dishwasher, dishes, etc) for a long stay. It was very comfortable, but nothing fancy inside. Has one double bed and two singles. Although I was one person, three or four people could be very comfortable in this apartment.

Comfy, convenient and clean.
This apartment was great for my family’s stay in Barcelona. It was conveniently located to many amenities including restaurants and a grocery store and it was also easy access to the bus or train. The apartment had all the necessities and was very comfortable.

Cute apartment with terrace - well positioned
Cute apartment with terrace in the Born district. Minutes from the main hustle and bustle but was a lovely quiet area with lots of locals. Would highly recommend. Only downside was that some of the furniture was fairly basic and/needed upgrading as a bit worn. But would stay here again when next in Barcelona 😁

We loved the location of this apartment. It felt very safe and quiet, and just on the other side of the cultural center there was a plethora of dining and shopping options as well as the Picasso museum. on our departure day the office people were very nice and friendly and we were able to leave our luggage there, which gave us a few more hours to enjoy the El Born neighborhood. Our family was very happy to stay here and would stay here again if we return to Barcelona.

Saved our vacation
Our room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we could want. Most importantly, communication with Mariana was excellent from before we even checked in. We forgot our passports and cash in the safe and she immediately found a way to let us know. We had already left the city but she was able to overnight everything to our next hotel. We could continue our vacation without worries. Thank you, Mariana!

Overall we enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect. I loved the check in/out process. I would have given it 5/5, if not a few minor things: - Kitchen was missing a few essentials like salt, pepper, oil, etc - We did not have any dishwasher capsules - The washer was worker, but they drying mode was not

The property located with lots of nice restaurants and near by the park and Zoo, also bus stations. And it is really quiet most of the time until you have a noisy neighbour arriving in the same floor. We got some drunk girls next to us on the last few nights, who were singing and shouting at 12pm and 5am. But overall, we are happy with the apartment

The apartment was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. There was a lot of back staining on the sealant and tile grout around the bath, which spoilt the look. The washer/dryer was German so even with the instruction booklet in English, it wasn’t much use. There was wear and tear on some areas and it would have been good to have motion sensor lighting in the entrance lobby as it was very dark on a night.

Great location and a lovely spacious apartment. Close to a supermarket, restaurants and the city park. A great central base for a weekend away. Apartment well furnished, lovely bathroom and a kitchen area providing everything you need to eat in. Highly recommend and cannot wait to return.
