Amazing Trip
We had a amazing time. Upon arrival we were early and our rooms were ready. Elsa was very helpful and professional providing a amazong experience. Our room was clean and elegant. The shower provided great pressure and very modern. The rooftop bar was closed, but we were allowed to get drinks from the downstairs bar and sit at the roof top patio., which had great views of the surrounding area. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of meats, pastries, juices, vegetables, cereals, and coffee. featuring Mediterranean and American breakfasts. The hotel is situated near the bus and trainlines. The area is near siteseeing location, shopping and restaurants. We had an amazing time in Barcelona and would highly recommend this hotel, if you are visiting Barcelona.

The people was very good, kind and helpful. The room was clean. For me the problem was the room: very small, no comfortable chair to seat, no place when to use the laptop and do some work. One day I needed to use the laptop to do some work and I have to be seated on the bed and I had to put the suitcase on its side between my legs for several hours. The other problem was the bed room has no details, no tissues and others thing like that. The security box is placed so low that you need to seat in the floor to use it, that is old and dificult to use.
